We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our product team full time on a contract basis. In this role, you will own the user experience and interface design across all system components, with a primary focus on UX architecture and usability.

We are looking for an experienced Integrations Team Lead. This role combines people management with ownership of the entire integration lifecycle — from onboarding and technical implementation to post-launch support and continuous optimization.

What you’ll do:
• Lead and develop a team of Integration Managers and Technical Support Specialists;
• Manage team performance, workload planning, mentoring, and career development;

Your goal is simple to say and hard to do: get qualified decision-makers on a call with Conrad, our Solutions Architect. He runs the demo and closes — you fill his calendar with conversations worth having. This isn't blasting 10,000 emails and praying. It's building a system that finds the right accounts, reads the signals, and reaches out at the right moment with something worth replying to.

What You'll Do

• Build and run cold outbound across email and LinkedIn, aimed at MSP owners, ops leads, and IT decision-makers
• Set up intent-based plays: hiring signals, tool migration chatter, funding, tech stack changes
• Own list building and enrichment end to end, from ICP definition to clean, verified contacts
• Write sequences that sound like a peer, not a vendor
• Protect deliverability: domain setup, warmup, and inbox rotation are your problem to solve
• Hand Conrad well-researched meetings with context attached
• Track what's working in HubSpot, kill what isn't, and double down fast

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Real B2B outbound experience with a track record of booked meetings you can talk through in detail
• Hands-on with the modern outbound stack: Clay, Expandi or similar LinkedIn automation, HubSpot, Zapier, and a sending infrastructure you've set up yourself
• A working understanding of deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, bounce management
• Experience building intent or signal-based workflows, not just static lists
• Copy that gets replies — bring examples
• Comfort owning outcomes, not just activity metrics

Nice-to-Have:

Its Model Serving platform provides developers and external users with access to AI models through APIs. Experience Level: Senior developer who can work independently across stakeholders and drive features from requirements through to completion.
