About the role:

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on CRM and retention specialist with a strong iGaming background and a deep understanding of how to influence user behavior across the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the CRM and retention strategy across all stages of the user lifecycle.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and winback flows.
• Segment users based on behavioral, product, transactional, and engagement data.

We are looking for a Senior Mobile QA Engineer to drive automation quality for a global QSR brand’s consumer mobile applications across iOS and Android. You will build and maintain automated test suites using Detox and Jest, validate payment and authentication workflows, execute functional and regression testing on real devices via BrowserStack, and integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions and EAS. The role spans manual and automated testing in an Agile environment with close collaboration across engineering, product, and design teams.

What you will do

• Build and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks;
