Key Responsibilities

Financial Close & Reporting

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.

Accounting Operations

Systems, Processes & Automation

Strategic Finance Support

• Provide budget vs actual analysis and support FP&A with planning and forecasting.
• Advise leadership on accounting impacts of operational and strategic decisions.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the accounting team; ensure high-quality execution and clear priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a Controller or supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and audit standards.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-state operations, consolidations, and intercompany eliminations.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus to strengthen our team on a high-load payment gateway aggregator used across several markets in Asia and LATAM.

The platform processes thousands of transactions daily and integrates with local payment providers in each region — acting as a key part of the company’s financial operations.

You’ll work mostly on the backend: improving reliability, integrating with new providers, and making sure everything scales smoothly. Some occasional frontend work (React) may pop up too.

🛠 How You’ll Contribute 

• Develop and scale backend services for payment processing and provider integrations
• Work with local APIs and protocols across different markets (e.g., Thailand, Brazil, Philippines)
• Optimize database performance and handle transactional flows reliably
• Contribute to system stability and fault tolerance under increasing load
• Occasionally assist with frontend tasks (React) — e.g., dashboards, transaction monitoring
• Collaborate with a small full-stack team and participate in technical decision-making

🎯 What Makes You a Perfect Fit 

• 2+ years of experience with Node.js/NestJS and PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, transactional flows, and API integrations
• Experience working on high-load systems or products with real-time data
• Strong TypeScript skills and a clean coding style
• Familiarity with microservices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable switching context when needed and supporting frontend if required (React)

👍 Nice-to-Haves 

• Experience integrating with payment systems or financial APIs

The hiring process is clear and concise. It starts with a 30–40 min intro call with a Talent Partner — an opportunity to learn more about the project, Umber, and the team, as well as to discuss the candidate’s experience.

Next comes a technical interview (~1.5 hours) covering both React and Node.js. The final step is a ~30 min conversation focused on managerial topics and organizational details.

• Become the market expert for Devart’s connectivity products by uncovering customer needs, industry trends, and emerging opportunities that shape product strategy 
• Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions across multiple technologies and audiences 
• Lead and optimize go-to-market processes — from packaging to launch execution and lead generation, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and acquisition teams 
• Transform customer insights, competitive analysis, and behavioral data into actionable recommendations that influence roadmap decisions and strengthen market leadership. 

Impact you will make    

• Conduct market and customer research to identify needs, buyer personas, ICPs, use cases, and value propositions 
• Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, tactics, and feedback to define opportunities and influence product strategy  
• Shape product positioning, packaging, brand assets, and how the product is presented to the market 
• Collaborate on pricing model development and feature prioritization to ensure the roadmap aligns with customer insights and market dynamics
• Manage core marketing activities: PAD files, website updates, release notes, email communications, catalog submissions, content creation 
• Create product overviews, content plans, and supervise their execution 
• Plan and manage product launches, ensuring alignment across messaging, channels, and success metrics  
• Drive acquisition strategies together with acquisition team across SEO, PPC, content marketing, design, and web 
• Lead production of educational materials for Devart Academy (videos, whitepapers, tutorials)  
• Develop retention programs through email sequences, loyalty flows, feedback loops, and targeted campaigns 
• Perform A/B testing on website content and features; maintain accuracy of product information and reviews 
• Conduct and analyze CSAT, CES, NPS surveys and user interviews with the product manager 
• Collect customer success stories and validate product investments 
• Analyze key metrics (Sessions, Users, Downloads, Orders, Revenue) in GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, and marketing tools (Ahrefs, SERanking) 
• Research user behavior patterns and incorporate insights into the product roadmap 

Skills we are looking for    

• 3+ years of Product Marketing / Growth Marketing experience in B2B SaaS 
• Strong SEO expertise (content strategy, technical SEO, link building, CTR optimization)  
• Understanding of LLM/AI visibility trends and how to optimize product presence in AI search results  
• Proven track record of driving products into top market positions through organic growth  
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken)  
• Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Ahrefs/Semrush, CRM, automation platforms)  

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (acquisition, content, product, design, tech)
