We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will support and coordinate several client accounts, help manage outstaff projects, and grow together with our delivery team.
 

This role is ideal for someone with early experience in project management, operations, account coordination, or IT delivery who wants to grow into a strong Delivery Manager role.
 

What you will do

• Coordinate ongoing outstaff projects across several client accounts
• Maintain regular communication with engineers working on client projects
• Support smooth collaboration between clients, delivery, recruitment, and resource teams
• Participate in staffing processes and help match specialists to project needs
• Review CVs together with the team and support candidate evaluation
• Assist in technical and cultural interview coordination
• Help identify and prevent delivery risks early
• Support account development and expansion opportunities
• Work closely with Sales during pre-sales and discovery stages
• Ensure specialists match project requirements, budget, and expectations
• Maintain project documentation and operational records
• Support preparation and coordination of contracts and related documents
   

Who we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Operations, Recruitment coordination, or similar roles
• Higher education (required)
• Basic understanding of IT delivery or completed PM / IT-related courses
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Confident PC user with experience in Google Workspace
• Basic experience working with CRM or tracking systems
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• English level — Intermediate or higher
   

Nice to have

• Experience in IT outsourcing / outstaff environments
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience supporting interviews or staffing activities
• Agile / Scrum theoretical knowledge

• proficiency in Google Seach Console, Analytics, Serpstat (Semrush, Ahrefs);
• basic knowledge of Google, Facebook, Instagram advertising (optional);
• English level of B1 or higher;
• quick learning ability and desire to achieve measurable results;
• self-reliance and independence in work!
