The project is an online platform designed to systematize and manage a comprehensive range of therapies, supporting complex domain logic and long-term product evolution.
The backend is built on a legacy Django-based framework, requiring a senior-level engineer capable of understanding, maintaining, and gradually improving an existing system.

This role is for a highly autonomous Senior Python Developer who will be the sole developer on the project, fully owning the technical direction, daily execution, and system evolution.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Middle+ Python Backend Engineer to join our team and work on building scalable backend systems using AWS serverless architecture.

This role involves working with high-load systems, optimizing performance, and actively contributing to architecture improvements and refactoring of existing solutions.

Involvement on project - up to 3 months

Job Responsibilities

The Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for deploying and maintaining the algorithms developed by data scientists. This role will be part of the Optimize Data Science team (3 FTEs plus seconded team of 5 FTEs)

While Data Scientists focus on research and model development, the ML Engineer is responsible for the technical infrastructure, scaling, performance optimization, and maintenance of the models. Their work involves implementing, testing, deploying, and monitoring the models in a production environment.

• Model deployment: Takes models (brand new or improvements to existing models) developed by data scientists and builds the software and infrastructure to deploy them into a live production environment.

We are looking for a strong C-level commercial leader who can build and scale a global commercial function within a fintech/payments product, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability. Responsibilities:

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a multilingual customer care team providing service and technical support for digital devices and related software products. In this role, you will communicate directly with end users via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

This position is primarily focused on live calls in German, combined with written support and CRM-based case management. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to quickly understand product-related technical issues.

You will work in a collaborative, Ukrainian-speaking team that values knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in German and English
