Manual Quality Assurance Engineer

We’re looking for a QA Manual Engineer who knows how to dig deeper than the happy path, ask the right questions, and take real ownership of product quality.

If you have strong web testing experience and have worked hands-on with audio or call recording solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Your role

You’ll be involved in the full QA cycle — from reviewing requirements and planning testing activities to validating features and supporting releases.

You will:

• Test web applications across functional and non-functional scenarios.
• Analyze requirements and identify inconsistencies or missing cases before development reaches production.
• Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger.
• Work with databases and run SQL queries when needed.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and clear bug reports.
• Collaborate closely with developers and other team members.

• Take responsibility for product quality and release readiness.

   

What you bring

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA / web testing.
• Confident understanding of QA processes and the bug lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Postman and/or Swagger.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Practical experience testing audio/call recording solutions is essential, particularly within telephony, VoIP, UCaaS/CCaaS, or other voice communication products.

• English at B2 level or higher.

   

A plus if you have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Selenium.
• Experience with performance/load testing.
• Familiarity with Windows Server 2012.

• ISTQB certification.
