The Ideal Candidate:

Experience

DSC Video is a platform-as-a-service partner delivering live streamed sports events from around the world to customers and their end consumers. Our technical support team operates around the clock to ensure seamless delivery of live content across global time zones.

We are looking for an experienced Employer Brand Manager to join our team and lead initiatives that strengthen and promote our company’s employer brand. This is a strategic role where you will have the opportunity to shape and influence how our organization is perceived by current and potential employees, directly contributing to talent attraction, engagement, and the long-term growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global employer branding strategy in collaboration with HR, PR, and marketing teams
• Promote the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) through various channels: social media, media outlets, events, partnerships, internal communication
• Analyze labor market and competitors' employer brand activities, especially within fintech and CFD sectors
• Lead cross-functional projects involving recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention
• Coordinate participation in career fairs, conferences, and university partnerships
• Oversee HR content production: blogs, social media, careers site, internal storytelling campaigns
• Track performance of employer branding initiatives using relevant KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, quality of applicants, etc.)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Employer Brand Manager / HR Marketing Specialist / Internal Communications Manager
• Experience working in an international or fast-growing company (preferably in fintech, IT, or digital sectors)
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills
• Hands-on experience with social media, media campaigns, and employer brand messaging
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal)

About the role:

We’re building a modern multi-tenant SaaS platform with a strict TypeScript monorepo (frontend + backend).

Looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to work on new features, integrations, and performance improvements.

Tech stack:

• TypeScript (strict, no JS)
• React (hooks, context, custom state)
• Node.js (Express 5)
• PostgreSQL (Neon) + Drizzle ORM
• Vite, Tailwind CSS

What you’ll do:

• Develop and improve product features
• Work across frontend and backend
• Build and maintain integrations (payments, maps, AI)
• Optimize performance and scalability

• Keep a clean and strongly-typed codebase

   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong experience with React
• Solid Node.js + REST API design
• Good SQL / PostgreSQL knowledge
• Experience with modern tooling (Git, Vite, etc.)

• Stripe or SaaS billing systems
• Google Maps API / geospatial data
• Experience with OpenAI or Gemini
• Mailgun / Twilio integrations
