About the Company

An iGaming group with four brands (online casino and betting) operating within a single ecosystem: a shared team, technological platform, and affiliate program. We have an active audience in the Runet, Latin America, and European markets, with payment processing in fiat and crypto.

Goal of the Role

You will take charge of the marketing for all four of the group's brands and build an acquisition machine with measurable ROI: from the strategy for each GEO to ownership of the marketing P&L. The role reports directly to the CEO and involves direct management of a team of 20+ people (SEO, PR/Promo Team, Affiliates, SMM).

What You Will DoStrategy and P&L

• Develop marketing strategy across brands, GEOs, and channels; define the positioning for each brand.
• Own the marketing P&L: manage the GGR → NGR → Contribution Margin chain, control bonus costs, and track cohort payback on acquisition spend (payback by FTD cohorts).
• Set and break down KPIs: traffic, conversion, CPA, LTV, NGR, bonus cost/GGR.
• Form, defend, and manage the marketing budget broken down by brands and GEOs.

Acquisition and Partnerships

• Manage all paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Develop the affiliate network: negotiate RevShare / CPA / Hybrid terms, evaluate partners by NGR cohorts, and monitor traffic quality and bonus abuse.
• Conduct direct negotiations with media, agencies, influencers, and traffic partners.

Team

• Lead the acquisition team (SEO, PR/Promo Team, Affiliates, SMM): handle hiring, set KPIs, build motivation systems, and mentor team leads.
• Coordinate with product, analytics, BI, and CRM teams; provide regular reporting to C-level executives.

Brand and Product

• Oversee the production of creatives, ensure a consistent tone of voice for brands across GEOs, and conduct A/B testing.
• Participate in retention and CRM mechanics: welcome flows, reactivation, and the bonus system.
• Represent the company at SiGMA, ICE, iGB, and other industry events.

What Is Important to Us

• 5+ years in iGaming / betting marketing, including 2+ years as a Head of Marketing or higher.
• Proven experience simultaneously managing multiple brands or products.
• Deep knowledge of the Runet and LatAm markets.
• Practical experience within the affiliate ecosystem: understanding RevShare / CPA / Hybrid models, calculating effective CPA accounting for LTV, and evaluating partners by NGR cohorts.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior / Lead ML Consultant to support our engineering team on a part-time basis and provide expert guidance on the architecture, development, evaluation, and optimization of our AI/ML capabilities.

This is primarily an advisory and technical leadership role rather than a full-time hands-on engineering position.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with hands-on crypto casino experience to take full ownership of the casino product — from product strategy and player insights to business performance and growth.

This is not a delivery-focused Product Owner role. You will be responsible for where the product goes, why we prioritize certain initiatives, and how those decisions impact key business metrics.

You’ll work closely with a Product Owner who owns backlog execution and delivery, while your focus will be on product strategy, discovery, player behavior, market opportunities, experimentation, and commercial results.

The main goal is simple: continuously improve the casino product and player experience while driving conversion, retention, monetization, and LTV.

🎯 What you’ll own

• Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the crypto casino vertical.
• Player journey across onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, game discovery, bonuses, and personalization.

As a .NET Engineer you will drive the technical modernization of a large-scale system from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 10. Your work will span the full backend stack — replacing Windows-only dependencies, refactoring legacy patterns, migrating data access to EF Core, and ensuring every service is portable, containerizable, and ready for AWS cloud deployment. You will collaborate closely with DevOps and database engineers as part of a cross-functional Agile team delivering a phased, production-safe migration.

Responsibilities:

• Migrate a .NET Framework 4.8 application to .NET 10.
• Migrate a large database-first Entity Framework 6 model to EF Core 8 across multiple bounded contexts, one domain at a time.
• Identify and replace Windows-only libraries and assembly references that prevent building and running on Linux.
• Establish unit test coverage measurement and enforce quality gates as part of the migration pipeline.
• Collaborate with the DevOps engineer on Dockerfile authoring, environment configuration, and secrets injection.

Must-Have Qualifications:
