    What You'll Do:

    As a key technical leader, you will own the entire token lifecycle and related smart contract infrastructure:

    • Design and optimize tokenomics models for both utility and security tokens (M2C and M2)
    • Develop and audit smart contracts (Solidity) for token issuance, staking, vesting, and access logic
    • Set up and manage token emission, unlock/vesting schedules, and distribution mechanisms
    • Integrate Web3 wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) for platform access and token interactions
    • Ensure on-chain/off-chain payment integrations and token payment logic
    • Implement security best practices, conduct internal audits, and manage third-party security reviews
    • Work with legal and tech teams to maintain regulatory-compliant token structures
    • Build automation tools for airdrop, whitelist, token swaps, and on-chain governance modules
    • Lead Web3 architecture decisions across platform modules (staking, marketplace, token registry)
       

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years experience in blockchain development, with a strong focus on Ethereum and EVM chains
    • Proven track record of designing and launching real-world token models (ideally both utility & security)
    • Deep expertise in Solidity, smart contract architecture, and contract security
    • Strong understanding of DeFi, DAO structures, token metrics, and on-chain economics
       
    • Experience with wallet integrations, dApp development, and Web3 authentication
    • Familiarity with vesting contracts, cliff periods, unlock logic, snapshot voting, airdrops, etc.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Advanced knowledge of PHP integration test automation tools and libraries such as PHPUnit, Codeception, Behat. Ability to design and structure integration tests for large and complex systems with a large number of interacting components. Knowledge of the process of setting up test environments and managing dependencies for effective integration tests.
    • Advanced knowledge of the process of development and deployment of systems built on the basis of Event Sourcing. Ability to design the architecture of the application using Event Sourcing, taking into account the requirements for the required capacity and scalability.
