    Responsibilities:

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Sourcing additional contacts of English-speaking influencers on platforms such as YouTube, reaching out via Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant sources.
    • Cold outreach: drafting and sending cold emails in English to establish contacts.
    • Meeting coordination: arranging online meetings between influencers and the Senior Partnership Manager (scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups).
    • Maintaining a contact database in a CRM system, tracking responses, and reporting progress.
    • Assisting with customer support tasks as needed (responding to inquiries, supporting partnerships).

       

    Our ideal teammate:

    • High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for business correspondence. Knowledge of other languages is not required.
    • Experience or interest in cold outreach, contact sourcing, and working with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter).
    • Experience with CRM systems for managing contact databases and tracking interactions.
    • Ability to use contact sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email finders, with basic skills and no specialized software required).
    • Independence, organization, and attention to detail – you will handle a large volume of contacts.
    • At least 1 year of experience in related roles (e.g., customer support, sales outreach, or as an assistant).
    • Experience or understanding of trading, fintech, gaming, or insurance topics is a plus.
