• Act as the main point of contact and source of truth for assigned clients. Build client relationships, understand their needs, gather feedback, identify risks, and proactively resolve concerns or cooperation issues
• Coordinate communication between clients, developers, recruitment, finance, and internal management.
• Maintain regular communication with developers to understand project status, workload, challenges, and improvement opportunities
• Identify and drive account growth and upsell opportunities and coordinate hiring for existing clients: clarify requirements, open vacancies, monitor recruitment progress, resolve blockers, and organize client interviews
• Manage operational account matters, including vacations, sick leaves, time logs, client reporting, billing information, invoices, and payment follow-ups

Team and work setup

• The Account Management team consists of 5 Account Managers, an Account Management Team Lead, and the CEO, who is involved in key client matters
• The role includes daily meetings with the Team Lead, regular team meetings, weekly communication with developers, and client meetings based on the needs of each account
• In our daily work, we use Google Workspace, documents and spreadsheets, HubSpot as a CRM, and Notion as a knowledge base system
