We are looking for a System Administrator with a passion for automation and DevOps practices to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in system administration and eager to grow into a full-fledged DevOps engineer. 

Responsibilities: 

• Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, MS Terminal Server, and MS SQL environments. 
• Configure and manage Linux servers (strong Linux knowledge required). 
• Design and maintain backups and high-availability clusters. Manage VMware infrastructure and work with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP). Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routing, VPNs, and firewall rules. 
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Ansible, Terraform, Helm. 
• Work with Git for version control and infrastructure as code. 
• Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems. 
• Collaborate with developers to streamline deployment pipelines and improve CI/CD processes. (Nice-to-have) Work with ELK stack, Kubernetes, and container orchestration systems. 

Requirements: 

• Strong experience in Windows and Linux system administration. Hands-on experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms. Good understanding of networking: routing, VPN, DNS, load balancing. 
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies. Scripting/automation experience (Bash, PowerShell, Python is a plus). 
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm). 
• Experience with Git and version control best practices. 
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). 
• Desire to grow into a DevOps role and learn Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices. 

Nice-to-have: 

Experience with ELK stack, Prometheus/Grafana monitoring. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other orchestration platforms.

Techchain Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Web3 and AI products to support product discovery, business analysis, and documentation for custom software projects.

We build Web3 platforms, blockchain applications, and AI-powered products for startups and growing companies. We need someone who can translate product ideas and client requirements into clear, structured documentation for designers and developers.

This role is hands-on and analytical, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to independently structure complex product ideas.

The position is part-time and can work well as an additional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product discovery and requirement clarification with stakeholders
• Translate product ideas into structured product documentation
• Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRD)
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Define and document MVP scope and feature logic
• Create user flows and process diagrams
• Perform competitor and market analysis to help shape product decisions
• Identify risks, assumptions, and unclear requirements early
• Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence

• Work closely with designers and developers to ensure requirements are clear and implementable
