SMART business is looking for an ERP Payroll Consultant to participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV BC payroll system implementation projects. The main task is to work on automating clients’ payroll processes, including configuration, modification, and support of ERP solutions in the payroll domain. The consultant will closely collaborate with clients to analyze their needs, configure the system to fit business processes, and work with the development team to adapt solutions.
Our requirements
- Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft NAV BC) in payroll modules.
- Knowledge of payroll processes (accounting, tax reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, etc.).
- Experience in configuring and supporting ERP financial modules.
- Ability to work with data and strong analytical skills to assess client needs.
- Experience in collaborating with development teams and implementing technical tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and users.
- Polish B1+, English will be a plus.
Your responsibilities
- Participation in ERP system implementation projects in the Payroll module: Implement and adapt Microsoft NAV BC financial modules (cash management, accounting, budgeting, expense management, tax reporting, etc.) to meet clients’ specific needs.
- Analysis of client financial needs: In-depth understanding and analysis of clients’ payroll processes to effectively automate operational procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Study of Microsoft NAV BC system: Gain deep knowledge of the financial functions and capabilities of the system to ensure effective project execution.
- Configuration of ERP NAV BC payroll modules: Configure Microsoft NAV BC to automate financial operations, including account management, reporting, and financial data consolidation.
- Interaction with the development team: Formulate technical tasks for modifying ERP payroll modules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- System testing: Participate in testing the financial modules of the system to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly.
- Consulting support: Provide user consultation regarding the ERP payroll modules, helping solve issues that arise during the system’s use.
- Process documentation: Create and update user documentation for the system’s financial modules, train users, and provide support during the implementation of solutions.
