Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Listing Checks: Conduct thorough checks of Amazon listings at the start and end of each day to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Price Management: Monitor pricing during promotional events daily to maintain competitiveness.
- Promotion Management: Create and verify the effectiveness of Coupons and Promotions monthly, with daily/weekly reviews.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data from SB Order Reports and other relevant metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Content Management: Upload A+ content, manage Amazon Vine, and update content through inventory and flat files.
- Bundles Management: Weekly creation and verification of product bundles and listings.
- Amazon Support Interaction: Create cases and communicate with Amazon support to effectively resolve issues with listings and accounts.
- Reporting and Analytics: Utilize various Amazon reporting tools (SQP, Seller board, Amazon Ads Manager) to compile data in Google Sheets for comprehensive analysis.
Data Updates: Update data tables several times a month to ensure up-to-date information.
You Are a Great Fit If You:
- Have at least 1.5 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in a similar role.
- Possess strong English language skills (B2 level or higher).
- Understand the Amazon ecosystem, including listing management, catalog control, inventory oversight, and promotional activities.
- Have strong analytical skills and can translate data into actionable insights.
- Are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have experience creating and managing Amazon listings and promotions.
- Are proficient in Amazon reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
Are an excellent communicator and effective at solving problems through Amazon support.

- English proficiency at B1-B2 level (spoken and written).
- Confident user of Google Sheets.

Amazon PPC Management
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Analyzing key metrics (ACOS, ROAS) and adjusting campaigns to meet performance goals
- Testing and implementing new strategies to improve sales performance
Preparing performance reports and data-driven insights
Catalog Management
- Maintaining and updating product listings, including variations
- Optimizing product content (titles, descriptions, images, and keywords)
- Ensuring data accuracy in the catalog (pricing, stock availability, product statuses)
Resolving listing issues and troubleshooting catalog errors
SEO and Content Optimization
- Conducting keyword research and optimizing product listings for better visibility
- Continuously improving content based on analytics and Amazon's requirements
Monitoring market trends and competitors to develop a competitive advantage
Analytics and Strategy Development
- Collecting and analyzing sales, advertising, and competitor data
- Providing strategic recommendations for performance improvement
Utilizing analytical tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) for decision-making and planning
Experience and Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its tools
- Experience handling large product catalogs and working with keyword optimization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and A9 algorithm
- English proficiency (B1-B2); Spanish knowledge is a plus
