Your Role

As a Frontend or Full-Stack Developer Intern, you will:

• Contribute to the development of our core products, gaining hands-on experience in real-world projects.

About the Project
Our client is a long-established product company specializing in software for lighting planning in interior design. You will work on their Odoo Environment — a robust internal system built on Odoo, supporting core business operations through custom modules, integrations, and ongoing feature development.

Country and Time Zone: (CET), flexible hours
Stage: Mature product, continuous development & support phase
Team: Internal team (10+ people) + external agency team
Project Duration: Long-term

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (custom modules, integrations)
3+ years of experience with SQL
Experience with Python, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Git, and Docker
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Odoo is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to clarify ambiguous requirements
English sufficient to pass a tech interview

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented   Email Deliverability Specialist to take full ownership of migrating and warming up a legacy database of 15,000 candidate emails, setting up Klaviyo from scratch, and ensuring ongoing email communication with full compliance across GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.

❗️This role is not focused on creative content writing — we use standardized formats and AI-based tools for text generation. Instead, your key objective will be infrastructure, legal compliance, technical email strategy, and ongoing list management.

👌 You’re our perfect match if you have:

✅ Proven experience as an Email Deliverability Specialist or Email Operations Engineer
📬 In-depth knowledge of inbox placement, domain reputation, and warm-up strategies
🛠 Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, deliverability tools)
🔐 Ability to configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC independently or with IT support
📜 Working knowledge of GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL regulations
🧾 Excellent written English (C1 comprehension level required)
🧰 Proficiency with tools like ZeroBounce, Postmaster Tools, MXToolbox, Mail-Tester, GlockApps
❄️ Experience activating cold lists and monitoring engagement
🌐 Familiarity with custom domain setup in Klaviyo

🛠 What you’ll be doing:

🔍 Audit the existing email database: structure, sources, timestamps, permissions
🧹 Clean, deduplicate, and verify email addresses using tools like ZeroBounce or NeverBounce
🗂 Segment the list by geography, last contact date, and engagement level
🔒 Set up and monitor domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
🌡 Gradually warm up the domain and sending reputation using inbox placement tools
🔄 Migrate the email list to Klaviyo in compliant batches with accurate subscription status
📢 Launch a legally compliant re-permission/reactivation campaign
🚫 Monitor bounces, spam complaints, and unsubscribe rates, and adjust strategy accordingly
🧼 Maintain list hygiene and continuously import new leads from the CRM
📰 Build bi-weekly newsletter campaigns (job offers, updates, events) using Klaviyo flows
✅ Ensure all communications meet GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL standards
📊 Provide regular reporting and deliverability analysis
