🛠 What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Coordinate and conduct candidate screenings and support a smooth interview process
- Keep hiring pipelines organized and updated in our ATS
- Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience
