Our team previously built a $100M ARR business from scratch, scaled it to 300+ people, and led a successful exit. Now, we’re building a category-defining SaaS product to automate and modernize enterprise accounting — one of the most painful and outdated workflows in finance.

Where You’ll Create Impact

• Build, ship, and own major parts of the product UI in React + Next.js
• Design and optimize interactive experiences that make complex workflows simple
• Work closely with product, design, and backend to ensure seamless integration and clarity
• Contribute to architecture, performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers
• Help define our frontend system and component library as we scale
• Elevate the quality of the product through thoughtful details, polish, and user empathy

How You’ll Work

You’ll collaborate with:

• Founders, to understand vision and user context
• Product & Design, to shape intuitive, elegant workflows
• Backend Engineering, to align on data structures and performance

You’ll operate with full ownership: deploy daily, make fast decisions, and always aim for clarity.

What Sets You Up for Success

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development with React (Next.js a strong plus)
• Solid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript: scoping, closures, context, prototypes, classes, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive UI, accessibility, and usability principles
• Experience building and testing APIs; comfort with HTTP, Postman, and debugging
• Clear product thinking, eye for polish, and attention to design details
• Pragmatic mindset: you move forward, make calls, and optimize for impact
• Curiosity and autonomy — you dig in, learn fast, and solve problems without waiting

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110K–$175K USD
• Equity: ~$40K+ USD
• Option for B2B or full-time permanent position

Level: Senior

• 5+ years as a Project Manager with IT outsourcing is your relevant experience
• Your strong belief is: Project Management = Successful Delivery
• Deep understanding of project management principles and SDLC
• You work with Scrum, Kanban and T&M pricing
• Experience in managing budget and costs
• Strong risk management skills
• Practical experience of using project management tools (JIRA, ets.)
• And of course, you know how to motivate and lead your team to make “satisfied Client — satisfied Team
• Prior experience with gambling projects.

Soft skills requirements:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Clear, concise communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to drive projects independently with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
• Adaptability in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management full cycle: from participation in a presale to successful project release/support stage
• Management of scope, budgets, timeline of one or several projects
• Alignment of the processes according to the methodology used
• Project plan creation (milestones,etc.)
• Impeccable communication with the Clients — managing and meeting their expectations
• Providing accurate and timely information, data and reports regarding the project status, activities and performance
• Managing risks and opportunities for team deliveries on time and with good quality
