    What will you do:

    β€” Design user flows on mobile and web;
    β€” Search for new ideas and solutions, present concepts to the team;
    β€” Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, content design, and marketing;
    β€” Create mock-ups to research users’ responses on physical products in the backlog;
    β€” Conduct User Research, analyze, and implement users’ feedback;
    β€” Support other activities, like developing visual language for CRM, etc.

     

    What do you need to join us:

    β€” At least 2.5+ years of experience contributing to design teams;
    β€” Experience as an in-house product designer, not only outsourcing;
    β€” Experience in implementing a data-driven approach to creating simple, fascinating experiences for users;
    β€” Deep understanding of interaction design, colour theory, font choice;
    β€” Good skills in prototyping & wireframing;
    β€” Familiarity with common product metrics;
    β€” Familiarity with core principles of tools like Raw, Lotty, or Adobe After Effects

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the successful execution of data engineering projects in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data platform delivery, strong technical acumen in modern data stacks (Snowflake, Python, cloud platforms), and a working knowledge of healthcare data standards, including FHIR.  

     

    Requirements 

    • 2+ years of experience in technical project/delivery management roles, with at least  6+ months  managing Data Engineering or Analytics teams.  
    • At least 6 months of experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industries is required. 
    • Previous software development experience is required. 
    • Proven track record of delivering complex data platforms and pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Python, and SQL.  
    • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data lake/warehouse architecture, and cloud-based analytics stacks.  
    • Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and delivery tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).  
    • Exceptional stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.  
    • Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
