About the Role

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Engineer to continue the development and optimization of cross-platform applications for mobile and embedded Android devices. This role focuses on delivering high-quality UI/UX, improving application performance, and refining developer workflows. You will collaborate closely with designers, architects, and backend engineers to implement robust, user-centric features using modern tools and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Flutter-based applications for mobile and embedded Android platforms;
• Implement performant, maintainable UI/UX features based on product and design requirements;
• Integrate secure RESTful APIs, including client-side certificate authentication;
• Enhance integration with existing video streaming infrastructure, with a focus on UX quality and performance;
• Apply modern Flutter development practices such as state management, hot reload, and automated testing;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with backend services and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong focus on Flutter;
• Proven experience building Flutter applications for mobile and embedded Android devices;
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, state management solutions, and performance profiling;
• Hands-on experience integrating secure APIs over HTTPS, including client-side certificates;
• Experience working with modern developer tooling, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Exposure to video streaming SDKs and multimedia-focused UX optimization is a strong plus;
• Bonus: Experience with AR features, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi communication, or e-commerce platform integrations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding and hands-on application of design patterns.
• Practical experience with testing practices (unit, integration) using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS Services, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures (Kafka or ActiveMQ), Spring Boot, SQL, and NoSQL.

How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

• define and drive growth strategy: own the end-to-end product growth strategy, translating company objectives into clear product goals, OKRs, and execution plans.
