About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior PR Specialist to lead our public relations activities and elevate INB.bio’s presence across global wellness and affiliate marketing markets. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results both online and offline.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. PR Strategy & Content Collaboration
   • Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with company goals and marketing plans.
   • Work closely with the content team to create and refine content ideas.
   • Coordinate and execute PR placements in industry-related media, including listings, interviews, case studies, and special features.
   • Assist with video production, webinar promotion, and other multimedia initiatives.
      
2. Event Management
   • Research and select the most impactful industry events for INB.bio participation.
   • Manage the full event preparation cycle: concept development, budgeting, communication, collaboration with design, content, SMM, and marketing teams.
   • Oversee event execution, ensuring high-quality brand representation and adherence to set KPIs.
   • Ability to travel is a must as most events are international and can be held in any part of the world. 
      
3. Cross-Department Collaboration
   • Work hand-in-hand with the CMO to ensure PR efforts complement the overall marketing strategy.
   • Support the design, SMM, and marketing teams in delivering cohesive campaigns across channels.
      
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
   • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and events using agreed metrics.
   • Provide regular updates and improvement suggestions to the CMO.

• Proven experience in PR or communications, ideally in wellness, affiliate marketing, or related industries.
• Strong network in industry media and event circles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.

Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python / Node.js, Selenium, Headless Browsers) — Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (10+ years) with mastery in backend and frontend development, specializing in Python, Node.js, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing, scaling, and maintaining high-performance, production-grade systems, with hands-on experience in automation frameworks, headless browsers, and Selenium.

This is a senior technical leadership role, where you will shape architecture, mentor engineers, and drive delivery in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (New York time)

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and optimize full-stack applications with Python and Node.js
• Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., computer vision, NLP, LLM-based APIs) into production workflows.
• Build intelligent data pipelines that leverage automation and AI for large-scale data processing and decision-making.
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems with modular design principles
• Lead development of automation frameworks using Selenium, Puppeteer, and other headless browser tools
• Deliver frontend functionality using modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, ensuring seamless UI/UX integration
• Own system design and architecture decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to mid-level developers
• Implement and improve monitoring, logging, profiling, and performance optimization strategies
• Work across the full stack: APIs, data pipelines, UI modules, internal tooling, DevOps, and automation

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development
• Expert-level skills in Python and Node.js (production-grade systems)
• Strong background in automation frameworks, web scraping, and headless browsers (Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright)
• Strong experience with AI/ML model integration into applications (vision, NLP, LLM APIs).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and system architecture
• Advanced database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) with performance optimization experience
• Strong frontend integration experience with modern JavaScript (React/Vue preferred)
• Experience leading engineering initiatives, technical roadmaps, and team mentorship
• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Nice to Have

• Experience building large-scale internal tools, dashboards, or SaaS platforms
• Expertise in structured data pipelines, scraping large datasets, and automation workflows

Right now, we’re looking for a Security Engineer to strengthen our internal infrastructure and help automate key security workflows.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Monitor and analyze security alerts across multiple security platforms (SIEM, EDR, SOAR)
– Lead Incident Response: serve as primary responder to security alerts, perform initial triage, conduct investigations, and coordinate remediation
– Enhance Detection Capabilities: design, implement, and fine-tune detection rules and alerts across cloud environments
– Conduct endpoint, network, and application log analysis to identify suspicious activity
– Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Compliance teams to enforce security standards and best practices
– Assist in improving incident response processes, playbooks, and operational practices
– Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and industry developments
– Deploy and manage MDM/UEM solutions (Jamf, Jumpcloud) across all endpoints
– Advocate for best practices in IT and change management to strengthen security posture
– Define and enforce security policies for workstations (passwords, encryption, restrictions, app controls)
– Perform regular audits and compliance checks aligned with corporate standards
– Monitor device health and security compliance, respond to related alerts
– Coordinate patching and updates on endpoints through MDM
– Conduct inventory and asset tracking, including remote wipe and lock management
– Provide endpoint security reporting and metrics to IT leadership and compliance
– Collaborate with incident response teams on mobile endpoint incidents

It’s a match if you have:

– 3+ years in IT Operations, System Administration, or related roles
– Experience in security threat analysis or incident response, ideally within a SOC
– Proven experience responding to and managing incidents in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS services (Google Workspace, Atlassian)
– Proficiency with SIEM platforms, including rule creation, tuning, and maintenance
– Strong knowledge of cloud security monitoring tools and techniques
– Understanding of network infrastructure
– Experience analyzing endpoint, network, and application logs for anomalies
– Practical understanding of common attack vectors and how to detect them
– Experience with security automation and scripting for incident response workflows
– Understanding of IT system architecture, network design, and IT/change management processes
– Experience with virtualization technologies
– Familiarity with identity management
– Proficiency in platforms used for information security investigations and triage
– Fluency in Ukrainian at C1 level or native

Nice to have:

– Experience with cloud-native security tools and services
– Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
– Experience with endpoint detection solutions and email security technologies
– Knowledge of IT security audit techniques
