About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who will become the operational engine of marketing and the right hand of the CMO. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, execution, and variety — from websites and content to PPC tracking and sales materials.

Main ResponsibilitiesWebsite, SEO & Analytics

• Manage company websites via CMS (content updates, publishing, multilingual support)
• Handle on-page SEO and basic technical improvements
• Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM), assist with A/B testing

Content & LinkedIn

• Support content planning (blog & LinkedIn)
• Write/edit blog articles and LinkedIn posts
• Prepare customer cases and sales content
• Maintain brand materials and presentations
• Moderate LinkedIn and track basic performance metrics

PPC & Tracking

• Support Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Maintain UTM tagging standards
• Prepare short PPC performance reports

Email Marketing (if needed)

• Build and launch email campaigns
• Maintain contact databases and segmentation
• Support automated flows
• Prepare basic performance reports

Product Marketing & Sales Support

• Update product descriptions and marketing materials
• Support feature launches (landing pages, emails, blog)
• Create/update sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs

Events & Contractors

• Support conferences and events operationally
• Assist with post-event follow-ups
• Communicate with external contractors (design, PPC, SEO, etc.)

RequirementsMust-have

• 1+ year in digital / product / performance marketing or similar role
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Google Ads
• Experience with LinkedIn (Ads is a plus)
• CMS experience (WordPress or similar)
• Basic HTML understanding
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel
• Content writing experience (blog, LinkedIn, emails)
• English B1+
• High attention to detail and responsibility

Nice-to-have

Solution connects to organizational systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and complex Excel files, consolidating all data into a single cloud-based database. Product automates critical financial transformations including FX conversions, eliminations, hierarchies, financial adjustments, and more while allowing end-users to continue working in Excel as they always have.

Key Requirements:

🔹 BSc in Computer Science or equivalent;
🔹 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years of Python in production;
🔹 3+ years in an R&D Team Lead role, leading cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, and QA) in a production environment;
🔹 Proven experience managing and leading remote teams in a fully distributed, remote-only environment;
🔹 Proven experience working in a product-based company (not project/outsource);
🔹 Strong experience with Python backend development in a SaaS environment, including cloud-based, scalable, and high-availability distributed systems;
🔹 Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous programming, and testing;
🔹 Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Helm);
🔹 Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and technical trade-offs;
🔹 Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, from requirements and design through development and production;
🔹 Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English;

Technical Experience:
🔹 Python frameworks: Django, FastAPI;
🔹 Databases: PostgreSQL, MSSQL;
🔹 Messaging & async processing: Celery, RabbitMQ;
🔹 Caching & performance: Redis;
🔹 Cloud platforms and services (Azure – advantage);

What you will do:

🔹 Lead and manage a cross-functional R&D team of 5–7 engineers, including backend (Python), frontend (Angular), and QA engineers;
🔹 Own end-to-end product development, from initial requirements and design, through development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring & troubleshooting;
🔹 Provide hands-on technical leadership, including architecture design, coding when needed, and thorough code reviews;
🔹 Work closely with Product Managers and Architects to define scope, prioritize backlog, and deliver high-quality features;
