📌 Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features using Node.js (Express) and Workers
• Work with PostgreSQL (RLS, triggers)
• Integrate GraphQL APIs (PostGraphile, Apollo Client)
• Take part in architectural discussions and solution design
   

✅ What we expect from you

• 0.5+ years of experience with Node.js, React, Express
• Experience working with PostgreSQL (RLS, triggers — a big plus)
• Understanding of backend architecture and security models
• Experience with AWS (S3, CloudFront) is a plus
• English level: B2 or higher

We are looking for an experienced SMM Specialist / Social Media Manager to help promote brands across multiple social media platforms and grow their online presence.
 

This role is fully remote and suitable for a specialist who understands content-driven brand promotion, social media strategy, paid campaigns, analytics, and day-to-day account management.

About the Role

Your main goal will be to promote brands through social media, increase reach and engagement, support audience growth, and contribute to overall marketing performance.

We work with 8 popular social media platforms, with the main focus on:

• Instagram
• YouTube
• TikTok

Additional platforms may include Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Pinterest, or others depending on the brand and market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media promotion strategies for brands
• Manage and grow brand presence across multiple social media platforms
• Create and maintain content plans and posting calendars
• Coordinate content production for social media formats
• Publish, schedule, and optimize posts across platforms
• Launch, set up, and manage advertising campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust settings to improve results
• Work with targeting, audience segmentation, creatives, and budgets
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, leads, and conversions
• Prepare regular reports with performance analysis and recommendations
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Suggest ideas for content improvement and audience growth
• Collaborate with designers, editors, content creators, and other team members
• Maintain consistent brand tone, positioning, and communication style
  
  Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in SMM, social media marketing, or digital marketing
• Experience working with Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Understanding of social media promotion, content strategy, and audience development
• Experience with launching and managing paid advertising campaigns
• Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn data into practical recommendations
• Good understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks at once
• English level: B1 or higher
  
  Preferred Qualifications
• Experience promoting brands in different niches
• Understanding of influencer collaborations and community engagement
• Basic knowledge of copywriting for social media
• Experience working with analytics and reporting tools
• Experience coordinating content production with creatives or external contractors
