Вимоги:

 - Досвід від 2 років на посаді BizDev / Head of BD у платіжній індустрії: PSP, агрегатори, банки-еквайєри, принципали, фінансові компанії;
 - Наявність прямих ділових контактів на європейському та глобальному ринку (PSP, агрегатори, APM, принципали тощо);
 - Глибоке розуміння платіжного ринку, процесингу карток та альтернативних платіжних методів (APM);
 - Знання логіки побудови платіжних рішень — від підключення до виходу в продакшн;
 - Розуміння вимог AML/KYC, участь у побудові compliant-структур;
 - Проактивність, вміння домовлятися, увага до деталей та фокус на результат;
 - Англійська мова — на рівні B2/C1 і вище;
 - Готовність до бізнес-подорожей та участі в міжнародних івентах (SiGMA, iGB тощо).

Обов'язки:

 - Пошук і запуск нових платіжних партнерів: еквайєри, PSP, APM, принципали, фінансові компанії;
 - Проведення переговорів, супровід та закриття угод;
 - Участь у побудові юридичних моделей і платіжної інфраструктури;
 - Ведення угод від першого контакту до підписання договору та запуску;
 - Ініціатива у виході на нові ринки, тестування інноваційних платіжних рішень.

Компанія шукає технологічного лідера підприємця за духом, який відповідатиме за впровадженя та масштабування рішень на базі штучного інтелекту як у внутрішніх процесах розробки, так і в проектах великих корпоративних і державних замовників.

Основне завдання ролі - перетворити накопичені знання, дані та експертизу компанії на технологічну перевагу, нові продукти та джерела виручки.

Вимоги до кандидата:
1. Впевнені навички програмування на Python;
2. Досвід роботи з LLM (OpenAI API або open-source моделі);
3. Розуміння принципів побудови AI-рішень (RAG, робота з даними, інтеграції);
4. Досвід розробки backend або AI-сервісів;
5. Базове розуміння архітектури (API, інтеграції, структура сервісів);
6. Досвід роботи з REST API;
7. Буде плюсом досвід роботи з базами даних (SQL / NoSQL);
8. Буде плюсом досвід роботи з vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant або аналоги);
9. Здатність самостійно розбиратися в задачах і пропонувати рішення;

Обов’язкові технічні навички:
1. Досвід розробки backend-сервісів (FastAPI / Flask або аналоги);
2. Практичний досвід роботи з LLM (prompting, інтеграція, використання API);
3. Досвід побудови RAG-рішень (retrieval, робота з embeddings);
4. Досвід роботи з REST API;
5. Розуміння принципів роботи баз даних (PostgreSQL або аналогів);
6. Базове розуміння роботи з логами та обробкою даних;
7. Досвід інтеграції сторонніх сервісів;

Буде перевагою:
1. Досвід роботи з vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus, pgvector);
2. Досвід роботи з open-source LLM;
3. Досвід роботи з Docker;
4. Базовий досвід роботи з хмарними сервісами;
5. Досвід оптимізації продуктивності AI-рішень;
6. Досвід роботи з AI-чатами або автоматизацією процесів;
7. Досвід роботи з голосовими AI-моделями (speech-to-text, text-to-speech);
8. Досвід інтеграції з зовнішніми системами;
