    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Legal Team Management: Inspiring leadership of a team of 4 lawyers, ensuring their professional growth, mentorship, and highest standards of performance.
    • Legal Strategy & Structuring: Developing and implementing progressive legal strategies and models to optimize the business across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, especially in the fields of digital assets, finance, and investment. Proactively monitoring legislative changes (especially crypto-related) and adapting internal policies accordingly.
    • Corporate Structuring & Banking: Expert coordination of legal entity setup and bank account opening in various countries. Effective interaction with local authorities and partners.
    • Client Advisory & Asset Protection: Designing innovative legal solutions for complex, non-standard requests from VIP clients regarding asset preservation, capital structuring, and property protection.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration: Synergistic cooperation with management and related teams on new initiatives, projects, and strategic decisions.
    • Representation & Negotiations: Confident participation in negotiations and meetings with clients, regulators, and partners. Representing the company’s interests at the highest level.
       

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Legal Experience: Minimum of 7 years in corporate or financial law, with a focus on international structures and cross-border operations.
    • Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of legislation related to banking, investment, and crypto assets in key jurisdictions (EU, UK, USA, Canada).
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design forward-looking legal strategies and implement innovative solutions for non-standard challenges.
    • Leadership & Communication: Proven experience managing a legal team (4+ people), with strong communication and negotiation skills, including with VIP clients.
    • Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written), minimum B2 level. Ukrainian (and other languages) is a significant advantage.
    • Education & Licenses: Higher legal education (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent). Specialization in international or corporate law is a plus. Bar admission in Ukraine or another relevant jurisdiction is desirable.
