Requirements

Technical Background

• 3+ years of commercial experience developing backend applications with Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI and asynchronous programming using asyncio.
• Experience designing and maintaining production-grade backend services.

Databases

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL optimization techniques.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases and Redis.
• Practical experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or similar for AI-powered search and retrieval systems.

Cloud & DevOps

• Debugging automation and product issues and identifying root causes;
• Investigating test failures and working closely with development and QA teams to resolve issues;
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation;
• Supporting test execution and integrating automated tests into development and CI/CD processes;
• Participating in test strategy and automation-related technical discussions;
• Communicating and collaborating with international teams across the US and UK;
• Performing limited manual testing when required — approximately 20% of the role.

Our Customer is one of the biggest companies on the market of home entertainment consumer electronics devices that strives to provide their clients with high-quality products and services.

Project goals include automation testing of the video and audio content and other services available via digital media players using a custom test automation framework.

Місія ролі:
Забезпечити операційний кіберзахист AI-платформи та AI-сервісів: security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM control, auditability, detection engineering і взаємодію з внутрішніми або зовнішніми SOC/IR-командами. Це роль, яка відповідає за те, щоб AI-рішення не були “чорною коробкою” з точки зору безпеки, логування, реагування та контролю.

Обов’язки:
-Налаштування security monitoring для AI-платформи.
-Визначення обов’язкових security logs для AI-сервісів, API, admin actions.
-Побудова detection rules та alerting.
-Управління vulnerability backlog.
-Контроль IAM, privileged access і audit logs.
-Підготовка incident response playbooks.
-Проведення security reviews перед production release.
-Взаємодія з DevOps, AppSec, PM і зовнішніми security-партнерами.
-Участь у прийманні vendor-рішень з точки зору operational security.

Вимоги:
-4+ роки досвіду в SecOps, SOC, infrastructure security або security engineering.
-Досвід роботи з SIEM/log management: Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic, OpenSearch, Wazuh або аналоги.
-Практичний досвід incident response: triage, containment, escalation, post-incident review.
-Досвід vulnerability management: scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking.
-Розуміння IAM, MFA, privileged access, RBAC, service accounts.
-Розуміння Linux hardening, network security, firewalling, TLS, VPN.
-Досвід створення security playbooks/runbooks.
-Вміння читати технічні логи та знаходити аномалії.
Бажано:
-Досвід Kubernetes/container security.
-Досвід з MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001.
-Досвід у regulated або critical environments.
-Досвід побудови detection rules для API, identity, infrastructure та application events.
-Досвід інтеграції security logging з DevOps/MLOps платформами.
