    Negotiate and structure win-win partner deals (revenue share, co-marketing, lead exchange)

    Enable and support partners: demo training, product materials, joint calls

    Maintain a partner CRM / pipeline and manage relationships long-term

    Collaborate with the founder and sales team to integrate partnerships into the sales process


    Must-Have:

    2–4+ years experience in business development, partner/channel sales, or ecosystem building

    Experience working in SaaS, HR tech, ERP, or B2B IT services

    Responsibilities

     

    • Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support
