Also, the product helps all aftermarket stakeholders save on transportation and processing costs. It minimizes the effort required to prepare and handle return cases. The solution reduces the risk of errors and wrong decisions, and, last but not least, it helps reduce CO2 emissions. 

    This solution drastically improves the handling of returns. By digitalizing and simplifying the routine manual processes, it saves users save costs, time, and increases their Customer satisfaction. 

    We work as a Scrum team in a very close collaboration with PO to delivere not only new features, but also our ideas for developing and enhancing the product.
