Key Responsibilities

Financial Close & Reporting

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Middle QA Engineer to join our team in Lviv!
 

What You'll get to do:

• Design, maintain, and execute test cases for APIs, web, and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across services and applications.
• Work with API testing tools (Postman, Newman, REST Assured, or similar) to validate endpoints, requests, and responses.
• Apply basic OOP concepts when writing or maintaining automated tests.
• Execute manual testing for web and mobile apps (UI/UX, cross-browser, cross-platform).
• Participate in bug reporting, verification, and tracking in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements and reproduce issues.
• Support the QA team in building automation coverage and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to QA documentation: test plans, test reports, and checklists.
   

What You need to know:
 

• 3+ years of QA experience .
• Bachelor's degree in technical field (computer science or applied mathematics, IT).
• Practical experience with API testing (REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of HTTP, JSON, XML, and authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, API keys).
• Hands-on experience in web testing (desktop & responsive) and mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
• Familiarity with SQL/Mongo DB.
• Understanding of basic OOP principles (inheritance, encapsulation, abstraction, polymorphism).
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

We are seeking an IT Process Automation Lead with strong technical expertise across Atlassian, scripting, and cross-platform integrations. This role goes far beyond traditional administration — your primary mission is to architect automation solutions, extend systems using scripts and APIs, and streamline processes across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Atlassian Platform Ownership

• Architect, configure, and manage Jira Cloud and Confluence environments, including workflows, schemes, permissions, spaces, and governance
• Lead user and access management while ensuring compliance, security, and consistency across teams
• Establish and enforce Jira/Confluence best practices, driving standardization and operational excellence

Scripting & Advanced Automation

Responsibilities:

Daily operations

• Monitor active workflows to ensure consistent performance and stability.
• Detect and address incidents promptly; take ownership of raised issues.
• Perform quality control on AI-generated responses sent through support platforms.

Implementation

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n, prioritizing modularity and reusability.
• Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript) and use low-code tools to support new automation cases.
• Be up-to-date with Zendesk triggers and rules. Make sure our automations align with Zendesk flows.
• Integrate Zendesk with third-party automation platforms and monitor their stability.
• Manage authentication and secure integration of third-party APIs used in automations.
• Troubleshoot automation workflows regularly, proactively resolving errors and refining functionality.
• Build and update automation workflows based on defined priorities, including tickets, emails, Slack bots, analytics, and more.
• Run A/B and multi-scenario tests to evaluate automation effectiveness and improve performance.
• Conduct tests involving multiple applications, request types, and support platforms.
• Track error logs and troubleshoot failed workflow executions.

Communication

• Collaborate closely with the backend team to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions. Create tasks for the backend team when new endpoints are required or existing functionality needs enhancement.
• Collaborate with DevOps to monitor server performance and address any issues impacting automation.
• Log key automation activities and updates in Confluence to keep the team informed.
• Coordinate with support leads and agents to collect hands-on feedback for improving automations and review reported tickets.
• Update the support team on any new or revised automations that may affect their work.
• Maintain close communication with the Head of Support for task management and roadmap updates.

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency (C1—C2), both written and spoken.
• Strong expertise in Zendesk, including triggers, tags, macros, and SLA settings.
• Experience with payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
• Experience developing automations on low-code platforms (n8n).
• Proficiency in the n8n automation platform: hands-on experience, including creating complex workflows, integrating APIs, and troubleshooting issues.
