Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Analyst who will take the following responsibilities:

• Own and improve product analytics across customer-facing products.
• Analyze user behavior, product usage, funnels, retention, cohorts, user flows, and feature adoption.

Department/Project Description

The platform combines AI-powered sports capture, automated video production, live streaming, and performance analysis tools into a single product ecosystem. It enables teams, clubs, leagues, schools, broadcasters, and sports organizations to capture and distribute games without the need for a full on-site production crew.

Using fixed or portable camera systems and computer vision algorithms, the product automatically follows the flow of play, produces broadcast-ready video, and helps generate clips, highlights, and coaching material. This allows customers to scale sports coverage across many venues and events while reducing the cost and operational complexity of traditional broadcasting.

The product portfolio includes solutions for live production, video analysis, game breakdowns, highlight creation, content distribution, and team performance review. It supports multiple sports and serves a broad range of users, from grassroots and amateur organizations to professional clubs, leagues, and media partners.

For the Product Analyst role, this creates a rich data environment with high-volume event streams, user behavior data, video usage patterns, feature adoption metrics, and customer-facing KPIs across several product areas.

Collaborate closely with geophysicists, data scientists, and software engineers to translate scientific domain requirements into robust on-prem or Cloud software

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications for geophysical and geological data analysis, interpretation and visualization (e.g., seismic, horizon,

fault, velocity model, etc.)

Present architectural designs and technical proposals to the architecture review board.

Ability to break down development tasks and lay out clear implementation roadmaps.

Implement and optimize computation algorithms

Design and develop both thin and thick client applications that interact with cloud-based microservices.

Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, security hardening and continuous integration with other domain tools

Provide technical support and lead user troubleshooting sessions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of DSG application.

Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to architectural and implementation decisions.

6+ years of hands-on Java development experience

Шукаємо Business Analyst, який допоможе з'єднувати бізнес-потреби з технічною реалізацією, оптимізувати внутрішні workflow та запускати нові фічі.

Чим треба буде займатися:

• Збір, аналіз, формалізація та пріоритезація бізнес- і системних вимог для CRM, ERP та Mobile App.
• Активна участь у впровадженні та кастомізації корпоративної CRM-системи на базі Odoo.
• Складання Use Cases, User Stories, побудова Data Flow Diagram (DFD), прототипування вайрфреймів у Figma, написання якісних ТЗ та контроль виконуваних завдань.
• Асесмент, опис та реінжиніринг поточних бізнес-процесів (As-Is / To-Be).
• Проведення UAT та пострелізного тестування продуктів.
• Розбудова баз знань, створення документації/інструкцій та проведення навчання для кінцевих користувачів.

Hard Skills:

• Від 2 років на позиції Business Analyst / System Analyst (досвід із CRM / ERP проєктами буде великим плюсом).
• Чітке та структуроване написання SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria та Use Cases.
• Впевнене знання та практичне застосування нотацій BPMN і IDEF0.
• Досвід роботи з Figma, MS Visio / Business Studio

Основні обов’язки

Стратегія та партнерство

• • Формувати та реалізовувати HR-стратегію відповідно до бізнес-цілей компанії
• • Працювати з CEO та керівниками напрямків як HR-партнер, допомагаючи знаходити рішення на перетині інтересів людей і бізнесу
• • Оцінювати бізнес-ініціативи з точки зору HR-ризиків, ресурсів і впливу на команди

HR-процеси та системи

• • Відповідати за повний цикл HR-процесів:

onboarding, retention, performance management & evaluation, 1-on-1, internal communications, offboarding

• • Розвивати та масштабувати HRM-систему
• • Забезпечувати системне ведення HR-даних, прозорість процесів і рішень
• • Орієнтуватися в трудовому законодавстві України та гіг-контрактах

Команди та ефективність

• • Будувати довірчі, партнерські відносини з командами
• • Працювати з очікуваннями, мотивацією, залученістю та складними кейсами
• • Підтримувати керівників у розвитку менеджерських навичок
• • Забезпечувати HR-аналітику, звітність і роботу з метриками
• • Координувати рекрутинг IT та non-IT ролей разом із командою
