What You Will Own

Short-term responsibilities:

• Stabilizing and modernizing core monitoring services

We’re expanding fast and looking for a Affiliate Manager who’s ready to take ownership, bring in affiliates, and scale traffic. You’ll work closely with a sharp, dynamic team and have real opportunities to grow inside a serious operation that already works. You’ll also represent the

network at top industry conferences and events - online and worldwide.

■ Requirements:

• B2 English  written and spoken - must

• At least 2 year of experience as an affiliate manager - must

• Proven ability to recruit affiliates independently - must

• Strong understanding of traffic sources - Email, SEO, Native, Push, Social, etc. - must

• Familiarity with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid payment models - advantage

• Basic knowledge of tracking platforms and S2S/postback setup – advantage

• Experience with Google Sheets / Docs - advantage

■ Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard new affiliates across all GEOs

• Manage affiliate relationships and track performance

• Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, and FTDs

• Communicate with affiliates via Telegram, email, and calls

• Coordinate with advertiser and tech teams to solve issues

• Represent the network in industry events and online communities

Due to the growing volume of leads and operational tasks, our Sales Team needs someone who can take ownership of early-stage lead management and qualification. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• First contact with inbound and outbound leads
• Lead qualification and initial screening
• Early-stage research of potential clients
• CRM management according to the sales pipeline
• Follow-ups of leads and clients
• Administrative tasks related to leads
• Supporting Sales Managers before the deal stage

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 1+ year of experience in Sales/Support/Chat communication
• Strong communication skills
• Research and analytical thinking
• Ability to structure information
• Comfortable with cold outreach
• CRM proficiency (or readiness to learn quickly)
• Intermediate English level
• Availability to work 11:00-20:00 Mon-Fri
