Essential Requirements for Data Platform Engineer:

• Architecture & Improvement: Continuously review the current architecture and implement incremental improvements, facilitating a gradual transition of production operations from Data Science to Engineering.

This role is focused on email marketing operations and automation inside Blueshift CDP, including building email flows, working with user segments, personalization logic, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
It is not a pure HTML email development role — most of the work happens through automation, logic configuration, and low-code tools within the CDP.
 

Team & collaboration format

• The email/automation team currently consists of 4 people (team lead + 3 specialists).
• Long-term collaboration is expected.
   

How the work is structured

Most day-to-day tasks are performed inside Blueshift CDP, a large platform for email marketing and automation.

The role includes working with:

Communication & English

• At the beginning, there will be a lot of live communication, including:
  • video calls,
  • discussions around automation logic,
  • joint setup of initial scenarios.
• Therefore, confident spoken English is required, not just written communication.
