To support this growth journey, we seek a Systems Administrator remotely in Ukraine to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure using modern approaches. In this role, you will focus on internal IT requests from our colleagues, participating in various IT projects in collaboration with other teams across global locations as we scale.

    What you will do

    • Own and administer the company’s Identity Provider (IdP), including SSO, MFA, access policies, and identity lifecycle management
    • Design, configure, and maintain SAML and SCIM integrations with internal and third-party applications
    • Maintain and optimize integrations between Google Workspace, HR system, and the Identity Provider to automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes
    • Administer cloud services with a focus on access governance, security, licensing, and automation
    • Monitor system health, diagnose complex cross-platform issues, and lead resolution of identity- and access-related incidents
    • Lead and execute system migrations between cloud, on-premises, and SaaS platforms
    • Support Service Desk colleagues in handling complex escalations and providing guidance on advanced technical issues
    • Contribute to regular ticket resolution when required, particularly for high-impact or complex cases, ensuring service continuity
    • Collaborate closely with the Information Security team on access controls, security reviews, and audit-related activities

    What you bring

    • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Identity & Access Management, or L3 internal IT support
    • Strong hands-on experience with Identity Providers (IdP), preferably Okta
    • Proven experience configuring and maintaining SAML and SCIM integrations
    • Experience integrating Google Workspace and HR systems with Identity Providers to automate user lifecycle management
    • Strong experience with MDM and endpoint management tools (e.g. JumpCloud), including device enrollment, policy management, and compliance enforcement
    • Solid understanding of cloud services administration, including access control, security, and licensing
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills across identity, SaaS platforms, and operating systems
    • Experience working with Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment
    • Knowledge of IT Service Management tools and structured operational processes
    • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, written and spoken
