Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players across LATAM markets.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in VIP Management, Customer Success, Retention, CRM, or Account Management within iGaming.
• Fluent Spanish (C1-C2 level) and English at a conversational level or higher.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Keewano is seeking a Senior Data Analyst position to join the R&D Team, with a passion for technology, to solve unique problems within our measurements. Our team solves many challenges in turning raw data into accurate signals and extracting insights to improve our customers' products. Appropriate candidates have an understanding of multiple components across the big data stack: large-scale data analysis, data quality, statistics, and visualization. • Define, analyze, and monitor KPIs and OKR metrics to continually improve customers products.

• Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets in with Cloud Data Warehouses (Click House, Big Query, or Snowflake)
• Experience working with BI tools for data visualization (Preferably Looker, tableau and pivot tables).

Strategy & Media Planning

• Own the end-to-end media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSPs to ensure our brand is where our audience lives.
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to translate business goals into high-performing campaign structures and KPIs.

• Audit market trends and competitor movements to identify untapped opportunities in high-risk or niche B2B sectors.

   

Execution & Optimization

• Measure real-time performance using GA4 and platform analytics, pivoting strategies instantly when data reveals a bottleneck.

• Simplify complex datasets into actionable insights through regular performance reports that tell a story, not just list numbers.

We're looking for a designer who specializes in conversion to work with us on projects for startups, SaaS products, and marketplaces.
 

We're a product design studio working with startups, tech companies, marketplaces, and SaaS products. More and more of our projects involve a specific kind of challenge: the product is solid, the traffic is there, but the numbers between "visit" and "paying customer" don't add up. Signup flows that leak, onboarding that loses users before the aha-moment, pricing pages that confuse, marketplace funnels where buyers drop off between listing and checkout.
 

This isn't classic landing-page CRO. It's conversion work inside real products, and it requires a designer who is equally comfortable with data and with craft.

The kind of projects you'd work on

• Conversion optimization for SaaS marketing websites and signup flows, from first visit to activated account;
• Marketplace funnels: from search to listing to purchase, plus supplier onboarding, trust, and decision making moments;
• Product onboarding and activation flows: getting users to value faster, reducing early churn;
• Pricing and packaging pages, upgrade and expansion flows for B2B and B2C products;
• Complex ecommerce experiences beyond standard templates: multistep checkouts, configurators, B2B ordering;
• Audits and redesigns of underperforming funnels, backed by analytics and research.
   

What we're looking for

• Experience with conversion focused design work: SaaS websites, marketplaces, ecommerce, or consumer products;
• You're comfortable working with data: analytics, session recordings, or AB testing have been part of your projects in some form;
• You can set up analytics yourself: defining and configuring events, building funnels and dashboards in tools like GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or Hotjar, so you can measure the impact of your design decisions;
• You can explain your design decisions and connect them to business goals;
• You use AI tools in your workflow (Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma AI plugins, or similar) or you're genuinely curious to;
• Good communication skills and English, since you'll be working with our team and with clients.
