Managing advertising budgets and monitoring the efficiency of marketing channels.

Setting up and validating tracking systems, including pixels, events, and integrations.

Collaborating with agencies and external contractors.

Preparing regular reports on key KPIs.

Analyzing the results of advertising activities and providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Experience managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience working with agencies or independently managing advertising campaigns.

Experience independently launching and scaling advertising campaigns will be considered an advantage.

Understanding of tracking, attribution, and integrations.

Experience in the fintech sector or in “grey” niches will be considered an advantage.

We are a fast-growing iGaming company, and due to team expansion we are looking for a Media Buyer (Facebook) with proven experience in the vertical to scale advertising campaigns and manage large budgets.
 

Responsibilities:

• Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook
• Generate ideas and systematically test new angles, funnels, approaches, and GEOs
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Work with analytics and performance metrics, maintain regular reporting
• Optimize traffic flows to improve profitability and maintain stable ROI (both for internal products and external offers)
• Collaborate with the team to achieve overall performance goals
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience with Facebook Ads in the iGaming vertical
• Recent successful cases within the last 3 months (ready to share)
• Experience managing $2,000+ daily ad spend
• Systematic approach to testing and scaling ad campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset

What will you be responsible for?

• Qualification of B2B leads: evaluating potential dealers to ensure they meet requirements and assessing their readiness for cooperation;
• Classifying leads (qualified / unqualified) and recording results in the CRM system;
• Conducting cold outbound calls to attract new dealers;
• Presenting the company’s business model and identifying interest during the first contact;
• Processing inbound leads and converting interest into full registration;

• Supporting dealers throughout the registration process, explaining cooperation terms, and transferring qualified partners to the next stage of the process.
