What We Expect:

• 3–5 years in sales with 1–2 years in B2B.
• 1–2 years in high-risk niches (ideally iGaming; fintech/crypto also relevant).
• Based in Europe (must).
• Proven strength in at least 2 of 3: lead generation, closing, account management.
• Working knowledge of iGaming market.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, spoken and written.
• Confident with CRMs and Google Workspace; strong communication and negotiation skills; persistent, goal-driven, team-oriented.
   

Nice to Have:

• Existing network of decision-makers (CMO/Head of SEO/Founders) in iGaming/marketing.
• Experience selling SEO retainers, link-building packages, and technical audits.
• Outreach stack familiarity (LinkedIn, Reply/Lemlist/Instantly, Snov/Apollo/RocketReach).
• Comfort with performance/SEO tools (GSC/GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush).

Responsibilities:

— Design user experiences for Web Services and Mobile applications;
 — Conduct UX research to support design decisions, including competitor analysis, user stories, user flows, and basic user journey mapping;
 — Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate user flows and logic;
 — Build designs using components, styles, and consistent layout systems;
 — Maintain clean, well-structured, and handoff-ready Figma files;
 — Optimize existing user interface designs;
 — Create branding materials for SaaS startups and businesses;
 — Iterate on designs based on feedback and design best practices;
 — Present and explain design solutions to clients in a clear and structured way.

Requirements:
— 2+ years of commercial experience in creating web and mobile applications/platforms;
 — Excellent knowledge of Figma (styles, components, auto-layout, clean file structure);
 — Strong understanding of component-based UI design and scalable design systems;
 — UI/UX design portfolio with real commercial projects;
 — Ability to discuss and explain design decisions to the client;
 — Understanding of basic development principles to align design with implementation;
 — Good communication skills;

Languages:
 — Upper-intermediate English (B2+) — part of communication and presentations will be in English.

Would be a plus:
 — Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop;
 — Experience with Axure and/or Zeplin, InVision, MarvelApp or similar tools.
