    This role bridges the gap between Creative, Development, and Production teams, ensuring every visual, 3D, and VFX asset moves seamlessly from concept to final build.
     

    It’s a perfect fit for someone who understands both the artistic vision and the technical structure behind game pipelines - and who enjoys designing smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to manage assets.
     

    You’ll take ownership of how assets are organized, optimized, automated, and integrated into production. By supporting internal AI systems, Unity environments, and creative tools, you’ll help maintain a scalable, intelligent, and smooth playable ad pipeline.

     

    Key Responsibilities:
     

    • Optimize and prepare assets (3D models, textures, animations, VFX, UI, and audio) for lightweight HTML5 playable ads.
    • Automate workflows for asset preparation, naming, compression, and deployment using internal AI tools or custom scripts.
    • Ensure assets are fully compatible with AI-driven production systems and can be efficiently processed through automated pipelines.
    • Establish and maintain structured folder systems, naming conventions, and versioning across all projects.
    • Validate and test assets in 3D tools to ensure visual integrity and performance.
    • Communicate effectively with tech art, creative, and development teams regarding asset readiness and optimization standards.
    • Maintain clear documentation and visual references for each asset package to ensure transparency and reusability.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance automation, reduce manual tasks, and streamline production flows.

       

    Qualifications:
     

    • Hands-on experience with various 3D tools (Blender, Three.js is a plus).
    • Solid understanding of asset optimization (polygon reduction, texture compression, material efficiency).
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted production pipelines or creative automation tools.
    • Basic understanding of game design principles and how assets influence gameplay and user experience.
    • Exceptional organizational skills - clean naming, clear structure, and consistency are key.

    Responsibilities

    Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-availability backend services for the client's manufacturing pipeline.

    Own services end to end, including architecture, implementation, containerization, deployment, and cloud-native operations.
