    🧠 Your Superpower Stack

    • 3+ years in PR, communications, event management, or brand marketing and the portfolio to prove it.
    • Proven ability to work with media and secure coverage that moves the needle.
    • Experience creating and executing events, community activations, and conference presences (including booth management).
    • Strong track record in brand marketing and high-impact collaborations.
    • Skilled at working with media platforms and building meaningful partnership programs.
    • International market experience (Poland, Ukraine, Romania; other markets are a plus).
    • English - at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher - persuasive, confident, and ready to own the conversation.
