The foundation is already in place — engaging hosts, a professional videographer, an in-house editor, access to high-profile guests, and more than 10 major industry events annually.Now we are looking for a strategic, outgoing, fluent English-speaking Producer who will take full ownership of the channel — from vision and content direction to growth strategy and brand positioning.
This is not a simple coordination role — you will lead the process end-to-end.Your Mission (First 3–6 Months)
- Develop and execute a full growth and content strategy
- Plan, record, and release 20+ interviews with top-tier guests
- Identify and purchase necessary production equipment
- Build and manage a small but effective production team (editor, designer — in-house or outsourced)
- Plan and coordinate coverage of 10+ conferences and live filming sessions
- Define a unique visual and editorial identity for the channel
- Launch a content-driven lead generation system
- Create and implement a promotional and advertising plan (YouTube Ads, collaborations, placements)
Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Creative Direction
- Define content formats, tone, series, and structure
- Build monthly content calendars and publishing cycles
- Structure interviews for maximum viewer retention
- Identify partnership opportunities and scout guest talent
- Ensure alignment with overall brand and marketing goals
2. Production Oversight
- Manage the entire production cycle (idea → filming → editing → publishing)
- Coordinate videographers, editors, and designers for consistent quality
- Oversee thumbnails, metadata, packaging, and channel aesthetics
- Apply AI-assisted workflows where relevant (voiceover, repurposing, etc.)
3. Growth & Performance
- Track analytics: retention, watch time, CTR, SEO, traffic sources
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, intros, and distribution strategy
- Experiment with Shorts, playlists, and cross-platform posting
- Run A/B tests to improve performance
- Turn insights into actionable growth tactics
You’re a Strong Fit If You Have
- Proven success launching and growing YouTube channels from scratch
- Experience managing channels with 100K+ subscribers
- Background in interview-based or multi-format video content
- Strong storytelling skills and knowledge of YouTube retention mechanics
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Excellent networking and outreach skills
- Fluent English (C1+) — confident, engaging, and natural communication style
Willingness to travel within Europe (and occasionally beyond)
