What You’ll Own

This is a full-stack product engineering role. You’ll work across the system with .NET and Python on the backend, APIs and integrations, AWS infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows embedded into real product features.

Your first major responsibility is taking full ownership of a live, production product- from database and backend services through APIs and application layers- currently developed with an external vendor. The Role
Our standard delivery model splits work across a business analyst, a system analyst and team lead, developers, and testers. It is a full-cycle builder who has genuinely internalized AI-assisted development: someone who uses coding agents, LLM APIs, and AI-driven testing daily to compress what used to take a team into what one strong, AI-fluent engineer can deliver — without sacrificing quality, security, or maintainability.

You will work directly with the CTO and product stakeholders, take an idea from a vague business need to a shipped, observable, production-grade feature, and set the standard for what AI-native engineering looks like at Billease.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Discovery & requirements
- Engage business stakeholders directly to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear, testable requirements — using AI to accelerate research, drafting, and gap analysis.

Solution design & specification
- Produce technical solutions and specifications: data models, API contracts (OpenAPI), service boundaries, sequence and architecture diagrams.
- Make sound architecture decisions aligned with our microservices, event-driven, and security-first principles, and document the trade-offs.

Build (backend / frontend / mobile)
- Implement backend services in Python and/or Golang on PostgreSQL, with appropriate messaging (Kafka) and caching.

• Повний цикл ASO-оптимізації

• Досвід у ASO / ASA від 2 років
• Практичний досвід роботи з мобільними застосунками (не розробка, а саме оптимізація)
• Розуміння факторів ранжування в Google Play
• Досвід роботи з ASA (структура кампаній, оптимізація, масштабування)
• Вміння працювати з A/B тестами та конверсією сторінки
• Досвід у вертикалі Gambling / Betting буде суттєвим плюсом
• Аналітичне мислення та data-driven підхід
• Кейси за останні 3 місяці

Шукати кандидатів на актуальні вакансії;

Твої майбутні задачі:

• Запускати нові додатки на базі існуючих: налаштування, брендування та адаптація під ринок;

• Розвивати та перевикористовувати дизайн-систему;

• Реалізовувати нові продуктові фічі;

• Публікувати та підтримувати додатки в App Store і Google Play;

• Працювати над продуктивністю та стабільністю застосунків;

• Аналізувати та усувати краші й клієнтські помилки;

• Підтримувати технічну документацію;

• Співпрацювати з бекенд-командою для покращення існуючих рішень та архітектури.
 

Метч, якщо ти:

• Маєш 3+ років комерційного досвіду з React Native та самостійно релізив застосунки в App Store і Google Play;

• Будував або запускав проєкти з нуля;

• Добре знаєш React Native, React і TypeScript;

• Впевнено працюєш з Redux (Flux буде плюсом);

• Маєш досвід роботи з Git, CI/CD та тестуванням;

• Працював з RESTful API (GraphQL буде плюсом);

• Маєш досвід зі складними продуктами у fintech, e-commerce або суміжних сферах;

• Розумієшся на профайлінгу та оптимізації продуктивності;

• Комфортно почуваєшся в середовищі без детального ТЗ та вмієш самостійно знаходити рішення;

• Слідкуєш за новими технологіями та хочеш професійно розвиватися.
