What you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in growth or product marketing within subscription-based environments, with a strong focus on web and web-to-web
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing growth teams and driving cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, analytics, and engineering
• Proven track record of taking subscription products through different stages: you’ve launched from scratch, scaled what was already working, and diagnosed why something that should be growing isn’t
• Deep understanding of unit economics and web growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, churn, funnel conversion — and how they connect to each other
• Understanding of how LTV prediction models are built and what drives them
• Experience with payment infrastructure: you know how subscription billing works end-to-end

What you'll do

• Own the globalization roadmap end to end – and push globalization upstream, so it's built into how products are made, not bolted on at the end.
• Shape and grow original, locally-authored content – decide what to commission and release based on market and trend research.
• Make our products feel native in every market we serve, including the genuinely complex ones.
• Turn global behavioral data and user research into real product and localization decisions – and own the analytics that show they landed.
• Set the bar for UX localization and linguistic quality across teams you don't manage – the standards, glossaries, and rubrics that hold up at scale.

• Build the systems behind it: AI-assisted translation pipelines, vendor and reviewer programs, and the tooling that keeps globalization fast and reliable.

   

What you need to join us

• 5+ years in globalization, localization, internationalization, or a closely related discipline.
• A track record of managing and mentoring cross-functional globalization teams.
• Experience globalizing both product and marketing across several departments or business lines at once.
• A history of launching products in multiple international markets, including the genuinely complex ones – think China or Brazil.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a globalization/translation content management system.
• Working knowledge of linguistic quality frameworks and language automation pipelines (MT, AI-assisted translation, post-editing).
• A solid grasp of product analytics and UX research methods, and how to apply them to localization decisions.
• Strong communication and influence without authority skills.

Role Purpose

Responsible for Level 3 technical support and escalation handling for Azure, Microsoft 365, network, infrastructure, and security environments. Provides third-line investigation, root cause analysis, resolution of complex incidents, and contributes to the maintenance and development of cloud solutions. On-call and out-of-hours support is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 support for Azure and Microsoft 365 via ticketing system and act as escalation point for Service Desk and L2 teams.
• Perform detailed diagnostics, root cause analysis, and resolution of incidents and problems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to external vendors according to established procedures.
• Contribute to building, configuration, automation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security components.

Job DescriptionRole Overview

The primary responsibility is to execute a direct lift-and-shift migration of a legacy B2B software platform from Rackspace virtual machines to Azure Virtual Machines. This role focuses on infrastructure, systems administration, and hardware migration rather than software development or cloud-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision and configure two Azure Virtual Machines within a Virtual Network (VNet), specifically one Web Server VM and one Database Server VM
• Migrate the web server environment running Windows Server 2012 R2 and a Classic ASP application, including all dependencies and custom software
• Migrate SQL Server 2014 databases, comprising multiple client-specific databases, ensuring full data integrity throughout the process
• Design and implement a data backup and redundancy strategy tailored to Azure VMs, explicitly excluding PaaS or SQL-as-a-Service solutions
• Set up networking components such as VNet, Network Security Groups (NSG), and connectivity between the two Azure VMs
• Validate the full functionality of the application post-migration, with particular attention to session handling due to Classic ASP session variable dependencies
• Document the entire environment and migration process comprehensively and provide a detailed handover to the internal client team
• Provide ongoing periodic maintenance and support following the migration completion

Additional Role Requirements

• Immediate availability to start, with a strict timeline of 2 to 3 weeks to complete the migration.

• Global candidate search with no physical location restrictions.
