Що ми шукаємо в тобі:

1. Ти вже працював(ла) як Project / Product / BizDev Manager;
2. Вів(вела) проєкти від ідеї до результату, а не просто фіксував(ла) статуси;
3. Вмієш "діставати" людей — ввічливо, але наполегливо;
4. Не панікуєш, коли на листа не відповідають три дні;
5. Робиш зрозумілі презентації — не красиві заради краси, а такі, де є сенс;
6. Пишеш нормальні ділові листи — з темою, суттю і підписом;
7. Знаєш Excel на рівні зведених таблиць і базових формул;
8. Говориш і пишеш англійською — достатньо, щоб зрозуміти канадця або голландця і бути зрозумілим.

Буде великим плюсом:

• Досвід у логістиці, операціях або міжнародному бізнесі;
• Розуміння P&L та базової економіки рішень;
• Досвід роботи з Jira або подібними інструментами;

- Досвід роботи з LLM (створення prompt-ів, fine-tuning, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex);

- Роботу з AWS / Azure / GCP (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda тощо) — як плюс;

- Англійську на рівні B2 +/ Upper-Intermediate, бо будуть дзвінки з клієнтом;

- 🎓 Бакалавр або магістр із Computer Science, Applied Math, Software Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering чи подібних технічних спеціальностей.

💼 Буде плюсом:

- Знання TypeScript / досвід інтеграції ML-сервісів у продукт;

- Робота з no-code AI-платформами (Chatbase, Flowise, n8n);
