About the Project and Role

We are looking for a Motion Designer to create dynamic advertising video creatives for the Sweepstakes product. It’s important not just to make beautiful animation, but specifically performance creatives with a strong hook in the first seconds, understand advertising logic, and actively work with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Creating advertising video creatives for Sweepstakes
• Creating and processing AI-generated video using Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora and similar tools

We run paid- media campaigns that generate inbound insurance calls and leads across Medicare Advantage, Final Expense, Hospital Indemnity, Auto, and other verticals, and sell those calls to carriers, agencies, and call buyers on a pay-per-call and CPA basis. We also operate a licensed insurance agency and a direct-to-consumer subscription product.

Our finance operation is heavily automated: invoices are generated from call-tracking data, and AI agents produce daily P&L, revenue, and reconciliation reports. We are looking for a Controller who will own the numbers, set the rules our systems follow, and keep our books accurate, well-controlled, and ready for investor or lender review.

This is a high-ownership role, not a data-entry position. You will report directly to the owners and manage our Billing & AR Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting function and manage the Billing & AR Specialist; maintain a documented close calendar and SOPs

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to own the path from requirements → development → QA → release.

This is not a traditional PM or project coordinator role. We use AI agents to do the mechanical work — drafting tickets, documentation, test cases, and other delivery tasks. Your job is to define the work precisely, build effective agent workflows, and apply judgment to what comes back.

This role connects a European development team with a US business team:

• 10:00–12:00 Kyiv time — development team, Mon–Fri
• 19:00–21:00 Kyiv time — US team, Mon–Fri

Both are fixed. The hours between are flexible. Apply only if this schedule works for you long term.

What you’ll own

• Product delivery: sprint planning, backlog, scope, priorities and capacity
• Requirements: feature specs, acceptance criteria, and keeping wiki/designs/tickets aligned
• AI workflows: build agents that generate tickets, documentation, test plans, etc.
• QA: test new features, run regression, validate AI document extraction, and file defects with evidence
• Design review: compare implementation against Figma and catch gaps before release
• Product: participate in scoping and design decisions and represent the user

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in product management, delivery management, product operations, QA, or a combination
• AI is already part of your daily workflow
• Hands-on experience with AI agents / Claude Code / MCP / Claude Skills / Cowork or comparable tools
• You can write specifications precise enough for an agent to produce useful output
• Strong judgment about when AI output needs verification — and you actually verify it
• Comfortable with Jira, Confluence/wiki, Figma, PDFs, spreadsheets and structured data
• Strong spoken and written English and Russian
• Comfortable running calls with both technical and business teams

We're looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join our flagship B2C AI product and take ownership of one of the most business-critical parts of the user journey - the path from landing page through quiz to paywall, checkout and upsell.

‍You'll work hands-on with web funnels for paid traffic: landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, checkout, upsells and everything in between. The product operates at scale, so design here isn't just about making screens look better - it's about testing ideas, understanding user behavior and finding solutions that move conversion and revenue.

You'll partner closely with Growth, User Acquisition, Product, Analytics and Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on web funnels - landing pages, quiz screens, and paywalls - built around specific hypotheses and A/B tests.
• Build reusable visual components for our internal funnel builder (quiz screens, paywall blocks, etc.) so the team can assemble new funnels quickly, consistently, and systematically.
• Contribute to product screens, user flows, and UX beyond pure growth work.
• Partner closely with Growth, Acquisition, and Product - pick up hypotheses, turn them around quickly and accurately, and keep status visible to the team.
• Own and maintain the design system and Figma hygiene - clean file structure, component consistency, and tracking of hypotheses and versions.
• Join syncs on key metrics, understand funnel performance, and let data - not just taste - drive design decisions.

• 4+ years of experience as a Growth Designer, Product Designer, or Web Designer, with a strong track record in web funnels and performance design.
• Strong understanding of web funnels and their business logic.
• Professional-level Figma - components, auto-layout, design systems, clean file organization.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Design.
• Solid analytical skills and comfort working with key metrics; understanding of conversion and funnel performance, with the ability to connect design decisions to results (deep analytics background not required - data-driven thinking is).
