🧩 About the Product:

We are building and scaling a mature, data-intensive B2B SaaS platform used by enterprise customers across multiple markets. The platform supports a diverse range of enterprise use cases across operational planning, information analysis, case management, and cross-team collaboration.

We are looking for a Principal / Staff AI Engineer to design, build, and deliver reliable AI-powered capabilities as part of an established production platform.

You will work at the intersection of backend engineering, generative AI, and product development. Your responsibilities will cover the full delivery cycle - from exploring ideas and validating technical approaches to building production services, evaluating output quality, and improving solutions based on real-world usage.
This is a hands-on engineering role with significant ownership. You will have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions, engineering practices, and the broader adoption of AI across the product while working closely with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams.

• Build the core agent platform and harness, including planning, tool use, agent orchestration, context management, memory, and reusable agent skills.
• Develop agents that can independently determine their next steps, adapt based on intermediate results, and maintain direction during long-running tasks.
• Design human-in-the-loop mechanisms that define when agents can act independently and when human guidance, review, or approval is required.
• Develop methods and tooling to validate AI-generated results, evaluate agent behavior, diagnose failures, monitor production performance, and improve reliability over time.
• Build scalable Python backend services and integrate agent capabilities with distributed production systems, taking new functionality from experimentation to reliable real-world use.
• Own key architectural and technical decisions, establish AI engineering standards, and introduce new approaches that advance the team’s agent platform and engineering expertise.

💻 Required Competence and Skills:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based products to production.
• Proven experience building autonomous AI agent systems used by real users at meaningful scale and capable of handling complex, open-ended, multi-step tasks.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, or similar. Experience selecting frameworks, identifying their limitations, and building custom components where needed.
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python or another language such as Golang, Java, or Rust, with the willingness to work primarily with Python.
• Experience with context and memory management, agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Experience taking AI products from experimentation to reliable production use, including cloud deployment, system integration, AI quality validation, monitoring, and agent failure analysis.
• Strong end-to-end ownership, communication, and ability to make technical decisions, work independently, and adapt quickly in a high-velocity environment.
• Advanced English skills.

➕ Nice to Have:

• Experience with React.js and full-stack development, with the ability to contribute to frontend development when needed.
• Experience with vector databases and similarity search in production AI applications.

Senior Product & Growth Marketing Manager (AI/SaaS)

Remote | Full-time | US market

Our client is an international product technology company and one of the top 10 web hosting providers in the United States.

The company is launching and scaling an innovative AI-powered product that allows users to create complete professional websites from scratch without coding or web design skills.

A user describes their business or idea, and the AI creates:

• Website architecture and page structure
• Visual concept and design
• Page layouts and navigation
• Written content and images
• A complete, launch-ready website

The product is designed for entrepreneurs, small businesses, freelancers, creators, marketers, consultants, and agencies.

We are looking for a Senior Product & Growth Marketing Manager who will develop and execute the product’s growth strategy in the US and other English-speaking markets.

About the Role

The main objective is to build an efficient and scalable customer acquisition strategy without relying on multimillion-dollar advertising budgets.

One of the key growth channels will be an educational product: a practical course, academy, challenge, webinar series, or learning program that teaches people how to create high-quality websites and launch digital projects using AI.

The second major direction will be promotion through bloggers, creators, educators, and industry experts across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, newsletters, podcasts, and professional communities.

We need a strong hands-on marketer who can combine strategy with execution: research the market, identify growth opportunities, launch experiments, negotiate partnerships, analyze results, and scale successful channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market and growth strategy for the AI product.
• Identify priority customer segments, use cases, pain points, and purchase triggers.
• Create clear product positioning and messaging for the US market.
• Build an education-led acquisition funnel from initial content to product registration, website creation, publication, and paid conversion.
• Participate in developing a practical course, academy, webinars, tutorials, templates, and product demonstrations.
• Build a creator and influencer marketing strategy.
• Find relevant AI experts, business creators, marketers, designers, technology reviewers, and niche bloggers.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, campaign briefs, integrations, and performance analysis.
• Develop affiliate, referral, and partnership programs.
• Launch content, community, organic, paid, and partnership-based growth experiments.
• Use paid advertising selectively to validate audiences, messages, and acquisition funnels.
• Work with landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, webinars, retargeting, and product onboarding.
• Analyze the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve activation and conversion.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and Development teams.
• Coordinate freelancers, creators, agencies, and other external partners.
• Track marketing performance and make decisions based on measurable business results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience launching or scaling SaaS, AI, no-code, EdTech, MarTech, website-building, or other digital products.
• Proven ability to grow products with controlled and performance-focused marketing budgets.
• Practical experience with influencer, creator, affiliate, or partnership marketing.
• Experience developing educational funnels, online courses, academies, webinars, workshops, or product onboarding programs.
• Strong understanding of the US digital market and customer behavior.
• Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience conducting customer research and creating product positioning and messaging.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, attribution, cohorts, and conversion funnels.
• Ability to manage several marketing initiatives and external partners simultaneously.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English, including confident written and verbal communication.
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented working style.

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing products in the United States.
• Experience with generative AI or conversational AI tools.
• Knowledge of website builders, web hosting, domains, WordPress, or no-code platforms.
• An existing network of English-speaking bloggers, creators, AI educators, or technology reviewers.
• Experience building affiliate and revenue-sharing programs.
• Experience with product-led, education-led, or community-led growth.
• Understanding of the needs of entrepreneurs, freelancers, agencies, and small businesses.

Key Success Metrics

• Qualified product registrations
• Customer acquisition cost
• User activation rate
• Percentage of users who create and publish a website
• Conversion from educational content to product usage
• Free-to-paid conversion
• Revenue generated by acquisition channel
• Influencer and affiliate campaign ROI
• Organic and referral traffic growth
• User retention and repeat engagement

Who Will Succeed in This Role

This position is best suited for a strong Senior individual contributor or hands-on Marketing Lead who can think strategically but is also comfortable personally launching campaigns, communicating with creators, testing funnels, and analyzing performance.

We are not looking for a CMO or VP-level executive who is focused exclusively on managing a large department and significant advertising budgets.

The ideal candidate knows how to find efficient growth opportunities, validate them quickly, and scale the channels that deliver measurable results.

We Offer

• A role within one of the leading web hosting companies in the United States.
• An innovative AI product with significant international potential.
• Direct influence on the product’s go-to-market and growth strategy.
• Access to the expertise and resources of an established global technology company.
• Close collaboration with Product, Design, Development, and leadership teams.
• The opportunity to build a new marketing direction from the ground up.
• Freedom to propose and test new growth ideas.
• Remote and full-time cooperation.
• Competitive compensation based on experience and interview results.

How to Apply

Please send your CV or LinkedIn profile and briefly answer the following questions:

1. Which SaaS, AI, EdTech, no-code, or digital products have you launched or scaled?
2. What measurable results did you achieve?
3. Which acquisition channels would you test first for an AI website builder targeting the US market?
4. Do you have experience with educational products, influencers, creators, affiliates, or online communities?

• SEO fundamentals and content optimization experience
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data from Google Analytics, email dashboards, and other tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Full-cycle role: you find the clients, you close them, you grow them. There is no separate lead generation team — prospecting is part of the job, not something handed to you.

Read this part first

Flexipy is a small Python and AI development agency. Not a large outsourcing company — the founder is a senior engineer who still writes code and joins every technical call. We build production AI systems: agents, RAG, LLM integrations, and the Django/FastAPI backends underneath them.

We're hiring our first salesperson. That means there is no machine to step into. There are ICPs, a CRM, proposal templates, and a channel that has closed 18 contracts at 100% Job Success — but the outbound playbook is early, and you would help write it.

If you want a mature funnel with a marketing team feeding you qualified leads, this is not that role and you would be unhappy here. If you like building the thing, keep reading.

What you would actually do

Most agencies hire for volume. We're not doing that. Our best client started as a small project, went well, and grew into a multi-month engagement with a team on it. That pattern is the job:

• Find and qualify clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
• Qualify on expansion potential, not deal size — a small first project with a company that can grow is worth more than a bigger one that can't
• Run outreach sequences and follow-ups that don't read like templates
• Book first conversations and run the commercial side — the founder joins for technical scoping
• Run the expansion conversation after a client's first project ships. This is the part that matters most
• Prepare proposals and statements of work
• Help write case studies, refresh the ICPs, and improve the playbook as we learn what converts
• Keep the CRM honest

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in IT sales, business development, or lead generation
• Experience selling services — custom development, outsourcing or consulting. Not only products. Selling a known product with a brand behind it is a different job
• English B2+/C1, including written English good enough for client-facing proposals
• Hands-on outreach experience on Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar
• Comfortable being the only salesperson, reporting directly to the founder
• AI tools in daily work — Claude, ChatGPT, AI agents — for lead research, drafting, proposals, summaries, CRM updates and follow-ups. This is a requirement, not a bonus
• Self-organized, detail-oriented, honest about what isn't working

Nice to have

• Experience at a software development agency
• CRM fluency (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar)
• Outbound tooling: Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Hunter
• Enough understanding of AI and LLM products to hold a first conversation credibly

What we offer

• Remote, flexible start between 8:00 and 11:00, 8-hour day
• No screen tracking, no micromanagement — results only
• Daily sync, weekly planning
• Direct work with the founder, no layers, no politics
• Real influence over how the sales function gets built
• Growth into BizDev Lead as the team grows
• 1–2 Udemy/Coursera courses per year after probation

Compensation

Base, depending on experience, plus 4% on every deal you own.

• Paid monthly, as the client pays — not on signed value, so nothing waits on a milestone that moved
• No cap, no threshold, no quota to clear first. It pays from the first payment
• It keeps paying as long as that client keeps buying — not only on their first project

You own the clients you bring in and the ones you convert, and a client who keeps coming back keeps paying you.

We're not going to quote you a monthly figure — that depends entirely on what you build. What we will do is keep the mechanism transparent: it's a percentage of invoices you can check yourself, every month, against the same numbers we see. Happy to walk through realistic scenarios on the call.

How we hire

1. Short call, 30 minutes — mutual fit
2. A small paid task, 1–2 hours: we give you one of our ICPs, you build a short prospect list and write the opening message for three of them. We pay as soon as you send it in — not after we decide — and you get feedback either way
3. Offer, with a two-month paid probation on full salary and commission

We agree the goals for month one and month two in writing on your first day. Month one is about things you control — prospects researched, sequences built, outreach sent, CRM kept honest. Month two adds replies and calls booked.

Closing is the job, and it's what we're hiring for. During probation, we look at the pipeline you're building alongside what you close, so progress is visible early rather than only once deals land. Anything you sign counts, and commission starts with your first paid deal.

We'll also be honest that month one sets our baseline as much as it measures you — we're a small company building this function for the first time, and we'd rather agree real numbers together than invent them before we know.

To apply

Send your CV and answer this one question:

Tell me about a client you found yourself — no inbound, no brand recognition, no marketing support. How did you find them, and what did you say in the first message?

Applications without an answer to that question won't be reviewed. Short and specific beats long and polished.

What we value

Honesty, including when something isn't working. Ownership. Attention to detail. Long-term cooperation. If your budget or timeline doesn't match reality, we say so early — internally and with clients. We'd expect the same from you.
