Основні обов’язки:

• Адміністрування WordPress: встановлення плагінів, правка тем, фікс верстки (HTML/CSS), налаштування форм.
• Підтримка існуючих сайтів: виправлення багів («поїхала верстка», «не працює кнопка»), заміна контенту.
• Контент-менеджмент: масова заливка статей, робота з адмін-панелями.
• Написання простих скриптів на PHP (парсинг, обробка тексту, робота з файлами).
• Робота з базою даних MySQL (прості запити, бекапи).
• Взаємодія з Linux-консоллю (SSH) для базових операцій з файлами.

Вимоги (Hard Skills):

• Впевнене знання HTML/CSS (зможеш знайти і поправити баг в чужій верстці).
• Базові знання PHP (розумієш синтаксис, можеш написати цикл/функцію, знаєш як працює GET/POST).
• Розуміння принципів роботи веб-сайтів (Domain -> DNS -> Hosting -> Browser).
• Вміння користуватися Git (clone, pull, commit, push) на базовому рівні.
• Знання Linux консолі (cd, ls, grep, cat, ssh, chmod).
• Готовність працювати з чужим кодом (WordPress, Legacy) і швидко вчитися.

Буде плюсом:

• Знання регулярних виразів (Regex).
• Досвід роботи з будь-якою CMS (WordPress/Opencart/Joomla).
• Базовий SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE).

КЛЮЧОВІ ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ:

-Підготовка розсилок, налаштування сценаріїв та інтеграція із системами клієнта.

-Спільне складання стратегії retention-маркетингу з клієнтами платформи.

-Ведення проєкту згідно з планом робіт, дотримання дедлайнів, спілкування з клієнтом.

-Активна участь у вдосконаленні сервісу eSputnik.

-Участь у заходах компанії для підвищення експертизи в галузі повторних продажів і retention-маркетингу.

-Підготовка кейсів і статей для публікації в блозі або розділі підтримки.

-Аналіз і підготовка звітів про результати виконаної роботи, презентація замовникам та обговорення з командою.

ПРОФЕСІЙНИЙ ДОСВІД:

-Інтерес до трендів і технологій інтернет-маркетингу загалом і retention-маркетингу зокрема.

-Розуміння принципів retention-маркетингу (сегментація, підготовка користувацьких тригерів, побудова поведінкових моделей) і його використання.

-Навички роботи з текстами: написання статей, розсилок на різні теми.

-Навички роботи з GA: уміння аналізувати результати та робити висновки.

-Досвід роботи із сервісами розсилок.

-Ініціативність для пошуку найкращих рішень, самоорганізація.

-Досвід віддаленої роботи.
