Our client is developing a payments infrastructure that allows consumers to pay and receive funds using different types of digital assets. Although a significant volume of tokenized value exists today, much of it cannot be easily used for everyday transactions.

The product addresses this gap by enabling reliable and practical digital asset payments. It combines a robust orchestration layer with a consumer-facing application, making it possible to unlock liquidity and support real-world usage at scale.

The client is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Web3) with a strong background in developing modern web applications and scalable backend systems. In this role, the engineer will contribute to the design, development, and ongoing support of core platform components, including the implementation of Web3-related functionality such as wallet integrations, transaction signing flows, and interactions between on-chain and off-chain systems. The candidate will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams spread across North America, Europe and India.

    Requirements:
β€” 5-7+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with production experience across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, comfortable owning systems end-to-end.
β€” Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks, such as wallet connectivity/integrations, dApp development, blockchain RPCs and indexing, and/or on-chain/off-chain payment & settlement flows.
β€” Familiar with DeFi primitives (e.g., DEXs, swaps, lending, trading platforms) and how they work in real systems.
β€” Experience with some combination of:
β€” Modern frontend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Redux)
β€” Backend services and APIs (e.g., C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar)
β€” Smart contracts and on-chain interactions (e.g., Solidity)
β€” Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle (signing, submission, execution) and a security-first mindset when designing Web3 systems.
β€” Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance).
β€” Frontend-leaning or backend-leaning profiles are welcome, as long as you have shipped Web3-enabled systems in production and want to expand your scope over time.

    Responsibilities:
β€” Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers and assets at scale.
β€” Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components (with depth aligned to your strengths).
β€” Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration.
β€” Partner closely with product, design, and external teams to turn ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.
