Project Overview

We are building production-grade browser automation systems that power complex, real-world workflows in highly constrained environments. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own and evolve automation that operates in unreliable, changing, and security-restricted browser environments—and must run consistently at scale. 

Responsibilities

This role is not about one-off scripts or basic scraping. You will design resilient, long-running automation workflows that handle partial success, retries, UI changes, and real-world failure modes across external web portals. Your work will directly reduce manual effort and turnaround time by translating complex workflows into durable automation systems that run in production every day. Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support in a small office environment. The core infrastructure is already in place (Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Kandji), and the focus will be on user support, endpoint management, optimization, and continuous fine-tuning.

• Technical Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation.
• Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing.
• Brand Positioning: Evangelize the concept of "Sovereign AI" (private, secure, owned AI models) to differentiate Ulife AI in the market.
• Feedback Loop: Work closely with the founders to relay market feedback into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, specifically in SaaS, EdTech, or technical consultancy.
• Technical Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must understand the AI landscape well enough to earn the trust of CTOs and technical stakeholders.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience building marketing funnels, not just working within existing ones.

We’re building an AI-powered product for professionals who work with complex technical documentation and standards. The system helps users quickly find answers across regulations and project documentation using document intelligence and ML.
 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in ML/AI engineering
• Strong Python + hands-on experience with modern NLP/LLM tooling
• Experience with document intelligence: PDF parsing / OCR, extraction (tables/clauses/entities), classification/summarization
• Practical experience with semantic search / retrieval (embeddings, vector search, retrieval pipelines)
• Solid software engineering skills: clean code, testing, Git, API design
• English level B2+
   

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve pipelines for ingesting and understanding technical documents (regulations + project docs)
• Implement retrieval + answer-generation flows (data prep, chunking, indexing, ranking, grounding with sources)
• Improve answer quality via evaluation and measurable metrics (accuracy, relevance, hallucination rate)
• Collaborate with engineering on product integration (including desktop workflow constraints when relevant)
   

Nice to have:

• Experience working with regulatory/standards-heavy documentation
• Experience shipping production ML systems end-to-end (monitoring, quality tracking)
