    About the Role:

    As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Gett, you will own production cloud infrastructure and shape its evolution. You will balance hands-on engineering with strategic influence, leading cross-team projects that impact system reliability, scalability, and cost. You will work with platform, DevInfra, and automation teams on high-impact initiatives such as multi-cloud migrations, cost optimization, and CI/CD modernization. This role offers autonomy in defining solutions, direct influence on technical direction, and responsibility for FinOps practices. Limited on-call rotation lets you focus on project-based challenges and strategic improvements.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and maintain production infrastructure on AWS, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
    • Lead infrastructure initiatives: multi-cloud migrations, architecture redesigns, and disaster recovery planning.
    • Design, implement, and modernize CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and developer velocity.
    • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code and automation tooling for cloud services.
    • Collaborate with AWS architects, FinOps advisors, and product teams to align infrastructure with business objectives.

    Required Competence and Skills:

    • Proven track record driving complex infrastructure projects: cloud migrations, cost optimization, architecture redesign.
    • Hands-on experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production.

    Role Objective

    To lead the Android development team, analyze the current production process, and create an action plan to increase the volume of app production and extend the average app lifecycle in the market.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Managing the Android development team (up to 5 engineers): planning, task assignment, code reviews, mentoring.
    • Product development and maintenance: building high-converting WebView and native applications, making key architectural decisions.
    • Collaboration with backend and media buying teams on tracking infrastructure, store optimization, and correct data transmission.
