We are expanding rapidly and launching a brand-new office location in Kyiv! We are looking for 3 ambitious Junior Recruiters to join our  team. Your primary focus will be high-volume sourcing and hiring for blue-collar positions (warehouses and production facilities).

Job Details

• Salary: 15,000 UAH base + motivating KPI bonuses for filled vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for factories and warehouses using local job boards (Work.ua, Robota.ua, etc.).

Mandatory Skills

- Integrate with external systems (CRMs, support tools, messaging channels) using stable adapters, retries, and safe failure handling

This is a leadership role, but it is also a hands-on operational position. We're looking for a creative UGC Creator who can produce authentic, engaging short-form videos for ELLI an AI platform for First Psychological Aid developed by certified psychologists.

If you love storytelling, understand TikTok and Reels, and want to create content that makes a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
 

Important: this is currently a volunteer role – ELLI is an early-stage social-impact project, and right now we're building it on passion rather than budget. As we secure funding, this has a clear path to becoming a paid, long-term collaboration.

What you'll do

• Create authentic TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts content 
• Record videos in selfie-style or lifestyle format 
• Share relatable stories around stress, anxiety, burnout, relationships, and emotional wellbeing 
• Test creative hooks and trends 
• Collaborate with our marketing team on content ideas 
• Deliver 3 videos per week 

We're looking for someone who

• Is comfortable speaking on camera 
• Understands TikTok and Instagram trends 
• Can film and edit high-quality videos using a smartphone 
• Has excellent storytelling skills 
• Speaks fluent Ukrainian (English is a plus) 
• Is interested in mental health, psychology, or wellbeing 

Previous UGC experience is a plus but not required.

Bonus if you

• Have experience creating viral content 
• Have worked with AI or health-tech products 
• Understand creator economy and personal branding 
• Know CapCut or similar editing tools

• Практичний досвід роботи з Jira та Confluence;
• Впевнене володіння методологіями управління проєктами: Scrum, Kanban, управління беклогом та пріоритизація завдань;
• Досвід роботи з лендінгами: постановка завдань, контроль якості (QA) та управління циклами доопрацювання (ітераціями);

• Базове володіння AI-інструментами є обов’язковим; досвід їх просунутого використання буде значною перевагою.
