    About the role

We are looking for a strong, skilled Recruiter to join and strengthen our People Ops team.

We don’t hire fast. We hire deliberately β€” with clear criteria, strong partnership with the business, and ownership of outcomes.

In this role, recruiting is not a service function. You’ll act as a true partner, influencing team quality, hiring decisions, and long-term success.

You’ll feel comfortable in this role if you:

    • take full ownership of hiring decisions β€” including mistakes and learnings
    • work autonomously and can build and run the recruitment process end-to-end
    • see challenging conversations with hiring managers as part of real partnership, not conflict
    • view recruiting as building strong teams, not just closing roles

    What you’ll do

    • own the full recruitment cycle: from role intake to final hiring decision
    • partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on expectations, success criteria, and market reality
    • proactively source and engage candidates via direct search, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche platforms
    • design, optimize, and continuously improve hiring and interview processes
    • work with recruitment analytics and KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance rate)
    • identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and drive improvements based on data
    • leverage AI tools to increase efficiency in sourcing, communication, and operational tasks
    • ensure a transparent, respectful, and human candidate experience
    • maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and provide clear, regular hiring updates to stakeholders

    Experience we expect from you:

    • 4+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience (preferably in tech / product / IT)
    • proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership
    • strong sourcing skills and confidence in direct search
    • experience working with recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process optimization
    • practical interest or experience in using AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency
    • ability to manage multiple roles and functions simultaneously without sacrificing quality
    • clear communication style and strong negotiation skills
    • English β€” Upper-Intermediate or higher

    Perks & Benefits:

    • 20 working days of paid vacation plus 5 days of paid sickness;
    • Flexible work schedule & comfortable remote work conditions;
    • Competitive salary;
    • Access to Regus coworking spaces when needed;
    • FOP (private entrepreneur) accounting and support services;
    • Individual Development Plan (PDP)
    • A professional, mature, and supportive working environment

What you should know before applying:

This role is for someone who thinks in terms of impact, data, and ownership β€” not just activity.

If that mindset resonates with you, we’re likely speaking the same language.

    • Optimize human capital utilization, ensuring balanced workloads and effective resource allocation across the portfolio, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
    • Manage portfolio-level risks by proactively identifying and mitigating blockers to safeguard delivery outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within a tech service-based environment.
    • Proven experience leading PMs or Delivery teams.
    • Extensive project management experience across various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and contract models (fixed price, time&material, dedicated teams).
    • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning.
    • Hands-on experience with project crisis management.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting delivery KPIs, improving delivery performance, and driving measurable company-wide impact.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate across departments and with C-level stakeholders;
    • Strategic mindset and ability to balance operational detail with high-level vision.
    • Proven track record of values-driven leadership, acting with integrity, honesty, and fairness in complex situations.

    Will be a plus

    • Experience in scaling delivery operations or implementing PMO frameworks from scratch.
    • Certification in Agile, PMP, or Lean methodologies.
    • Certification in Program or Portfolio Management (PfMP, PgMP).
    • Passion for leadership, coaching, and organizational improvement.

    Hiring Stages

    1. Pre-screen (Recruiter)
    2. Test Task
    3. HR Interview (Head of PeopleOps)
    4. Tech Interview
    5. Background & Reference check

    • Legacy Modernization: Reverse-engineer and containerize legacy monolithic ETL scripts running on VMs. Implement the β€œStrangler Fig” pattern to gradually route traffic from legacy systems to new Kubernetes-based implementations.
    • Job Scheduling: Manage and upgrade Automic job scheduling workflows.
    • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR, particularly regarding personal data stored in the Oracle database.

    • Data Integration: Informatica PowerCenter, Kafka (Shared Event Streaming Platform).
    • Database: Oracle Database (PL/SQL, Performance Tuning), Oracle APEX.
    • Scripting & Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Shell Scripting, Python (for data processing/automation).
    • Scheduling: Automic (Broadcom/CA Automic).
    • Protocols: SFTP, IBM MQ, REST APIs.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience analyzing legacy systems using tools like strace, lsof, or netstat to determine dependencies.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Connectors and cloud-based data integration.

    About Us

We are a german software development company working with a wide range of clients across different industries. Our projects span SaaS platforms, subscription models, marketplaces, and custom digital products.

For several ongoing and upcoming client projects, we are looking for a highly experienced Stripe expert who can support us on a freelance basis – both strategically and hands-on.

This is not a junior or mid-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who has implemented and configured Stripe in many complex, real-world production environments and has deep expertise in Stripe Billing, Checkout, and API integrations.

    Your Role

As our Stripe Expert, you will:

    • Advise our internal development teams (Flutter or VueJS/Nuxt-based projects)
    • Support complex Stripe implementations across multiple client projects
    • Audit and optimize existing Stripe setups
    • Troubleshoot configuration errors and edge cases
    • Guide clients through billing logic, pricing models, and subscription architecture
    • Implement and adjust Stripe integrations directly when needed
    • Assist in handling pricing migrations and subscription transitions
    • Help avoid common pitfalls in Stripe configuration and product modeling

You will work closely with our developers and occasionally interact with clients in a consultative capacity.

    Required Expertise

We are looking for someone who:

    • Has extensive hands-on experience with Stripe Billing & Checkout
    • Has set up and configured many Stripe projects from scratch
    • Has handled:
      • Complex subscription models (monthly, annual, usage-based, tiered pricing)
      • Coupons, discounts, and promotional logic
      • Multiple price changes and migrations in live systems
      • Subscription upgrades/downgrades and proration
      • Trials and grandfathered pricing
      • Webhooks and event-driven billing logic
      • Tax configuration (e.g., Stripe Tax, EU VAT cases)
      • Payment failures and dunning logic
      • Customer portal configuration
    • Is highly familiar with:
      • Stripe Admin Dashboard (deep configuration knowledge)
      • Stripe API (server-side & client-side integrations)
      • Webhook debugging and error handling
      • Test mode vs. live mode differences
    • Has experience resolving real-world edge cases and production issues
    • Can quickly identify architectural mistakes in existing Stripe setups
    • Understands how to structure products, prices, and subscriptions properly from a long-term scalability perspective

    Technical Context

    Our client projects typically use:

    • Flutter (mobile/web apps)
    • VueJS / Nuxt

You do not need to be a full-stack expert in all technologies, but you must understand how Stripe integrates into modern frontend/backend architectures.

    What We Expect

    • Strong consulting capability (you can explain complex billing logic clearly)
    • Independent, structured working style
    • Ability to quickly analyze and fix misconfigured Stripe environments
    • High reliability and responsiveness
    • Experience working with agencies or multiple parallel client projects is a plus

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 5+ years of hands-on Stripe experience
    • Proven track record of multiple live Stripe Billing implementations
    • Deep knowledge of subscription lifecycle management
    • Comfortable working in complex, evolving billing environments
    • Strong understanding of Stripe best practices and common pitfalls
