We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to take ownership of a new mobile project in the genre of Farm / City Builder with additional features.
 

The project is currently at the concept stage. The core idea is strong and differentiated, and with the right development and packaging it has the potential to become a major title. We are now looking for a designer who can take this foundation and turn it into a fully structured, production-ready game design document.
 

Role

You will take the initial concept and develop it into a complete game vision, including:

• Core loop and feature structure
• Progression systems
• Balance framework
• Monetization strategy
• Retention mechanics
• Narrative layer and player motivation
• Clear documentation suitable for developers

The goal of the first phase is to create a well-structured, coherent GDD that can serve as the foundation for production.

If the concept proves strong on paper, we move to the next phase and form the development team, with you continuing as the lead game designer supporting implementation and iteration.
 

Requirements

• Proven experience designing Farm Simulator or City Builder games (with published games)
• Experience in other popular mobile game genres like tower defense, match three, etc.
• Deep understanding of F2P systems and mobile economy design
• Strong sense of balance and player progression
• Ability to think structurally and document clearly

We are looking for someone with strong taste, imagination, and practical experience. Someone who understands what players actually enjoy and what makes a mobile strategy game scalable and profitable.

Collaboration Structure

The collaboration will happen in two stages:

Stage 1 - Trial Phase
You develop the concept into a structured and complete design document ready for production (MVP at least).

Stage 2 - Production Phase
If aligned, we assemble the team and you continue guiding the design through development.

We are looking for a motivated Junior QA Engineer who will start with manual testing and gradually grow into an Automation QA Engineer using Python, with mentorship and internal training.

Responsibilities:

First 2–3 months (focus on Manual QA and product learning):

• Complete internal training on testing fundamentals and tools (Jira, Zephyr).
