Your Responsibilities 
 

• Conduct cold calls in English (UK & European) to reach potential clients — this is the main part of the job. 
• Research the client’s niche, industry, and business needs to better understand their challenges. 
• Identify and analyze potential leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, and company databases, according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). 
• Create and launch personalized outreach sequences (intro messages, follow-ups) via LinkedIn and email. 
• Manage correspondence with leads, qualify them, and guide them to the next sales stage. 
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team. 
• Keep accurate CRM records and track all interactions and KPIs.

We are building a real-time, non-contact system to estimate athletes’ exertion for live sports broadcasts. Using high-speed video and computer vision, it predicts force metrics with 85%+ accuracy, replacing traditional sensors, with low-latency and robust performance under complex conditions.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our IT Department. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and optimization of IT systems while providing technical support to end users. This role will primarily involve working with the Microsoft technology stack and Atlassian , ensuring high-quality service delivery and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
  • Provide Level 1 technical support for Microsoft technologies (e.g., Windows OS, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams) and Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level teams as needed.
• Systems Maintenance:
  • Perform routine system monitoring, updates, and maintenance for IT systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of services.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and resolve issues.

     

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Office 365, Azure, and SharePoint.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role.
• Familiarity with Atlassian for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical users.

Would be a Plus:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
• Experience with ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell.

Technical skills needed:

• 4+ years of experience in a role Business or System or Functional Analyst;
• Proficient in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-Functional requirements, system diagrams, wireframes;
• Experience of working with Restful APIs (writing requirements, API usage);
• Experience in Microservices architecture;
• Experience of working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Solid knowledge in DB and SQL;

• Participation in discovery phases and workshops with Customer, covering key business and product requirements;
• Manage project scope, requirements management and their impact on existing requirements, defining dependencies on other teams;
• Creating business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional specifications and technical requirements (incl. flow diagrams, data mappings, examples);
• Close collaboration with development team (requirements presentation, backlog grooming, requirements change management, technical solution design together with Tech Lead, etc.);
• Regular communication with internal (Product, Account management, Business teams) and external stakeholders (Partners, Customers);
• Preparing UAT scenarios, validation cases;
